Curash Medicated Nappy Rash Cream - 100g

Thick, zinc-like product that soothes a nappy rash. Sticks to the skin a little and hard to wipe off. Used for a few days and helped heal a sore rash.

This is a really great cream for nappy rash. Usually clears up in a day or so. It is gentle on baby's skin. It is easy to apply.

We usually buy a different nappy cream but as the shop was out our regular one I bought this Curash cream and I immediately didn’t like it. This nappy cream feels so dry and its so thick it makes it almost impossible to apply onto skin. It also didn’t soothe or calm my baby’s sore bum, the skin was still red and the area felt rough. The cream was also so hard to wipe off and it collected between his folds. It took days before the cream finally wiped off. It is one of the cheapest nappy creams I have seen but I will not buy this again.

I love Curash wipes and wanted to try the Nappy rash cream for my baby. The cream works well as a protective barrier for the baby's bottom. The tube is handy and fits in the nappy bag or purse conveniently. However, am not satisfied with the texture of the cream as it's quite thick for a tube application. It doesn't spread easily and gets quite hard to squeeze out when it's coming towards the end.

Does the job, but I prefer other brands.

I usually buy chemist brands, but thought I would try this again, as it has been quite a while. Not quite as good as I remember it, I think I will stick to other brands. This could be just a personal choice.

Great thickness

Becoming a first time Mummy can be challenging and one thing you do want is your baby to be comfortable and not in pain. Curash nappy cream has protected my child from getting any kind of rash and discomfort. Highly recommend this product.

Lasts and is effective for newborns

My 6 week old had nappy rash for the first time and our nurse immediately recommend curash cream. I'm happy she did because it's the only cream that has worked so well and so quickly, allowing us to get on top of nappy rash fast.

Really wanted to like it...

I bought this after running out of the other popular nappy rash cream (in a tub) as this has a higher % of zinc-oxide & I felt the packaging on this would be more hygienic in the long run.Right out of the tube the cream is thick & of similar consistency. When you first apply it on skin it seems fine too. Then as you try to spread it out / rub it in a bit, it becomes weird - moisture seems to be released ( not from baby skin which I make sure is pretty dry) & this then removes the applied layer of cream. Don't think it will act like any kind of barrier after this point. So back to the tub cream it is for me.

Was good

Initially loved the Curash cream for nappy rash for the high zinc content, however recently it just doesn't seem to work as well as it use to. Looking for an alternative cream now
