Much longer than anticipated manufacturing and delivery time. Was not advised of this at time of ordering but sent an email 1 week later advising of the delay. Besides this when the blinds finally arrived they were well packed and easy to assemble. Excellent quality and the correct sizes. Great blockout quality and they certainly make the house cooler on hot days. If not for the lengthy delay I would have given 5 stars.

Product was very nice high quality and easy to install. Love how you can customize your size. A lot better quality and finish then similar blinds I had purchased from spotlight for our previous house. Delivery was easy. Had a little hiccup however it was resolved quickly. Customer service is amazing.
