This is a gift for our new great grandson. It is an addition to the stroller his big brother uses. It was easily ordered, and arrived very quickly. It did necessitate shipping it to us, and us shipping it to our grandchildren. With our family members serving in the military overseas, it would be nice to have shipping to APO available.

Purchased October 2021. Within the first 2 weeks, the white recline button on the back broke. I disassembled the unit at the time to attempt to repair it. My initial thought was that something came loose and wasn't actuating. I came to find that the mechanism is activated by a cable release when the button is pressed. However, the cable attaches to a small, thin piece of plastic and the plastic broke. This makes the mechanism unusable if it happens. Spoke with Cybex support at the time and the entire stroller was replaced. Received great customer service at the time. However, yesterday, the replacement broke with the same issue. Furthermore, this proves that Cybex KNOWS about this issue, has not issued a recall, refuses to do anything for us right now, and they ARE STILL SELLING THEM ON THE WEBSITE even though they know they are defective! This is inexcusable

I bought this back in June of last year, and so I have had this for less than a year.When it's working, it's great- does everything it needs to do. However, recently the white button at the back no longer works, which does not allow me to recline the seat. It's stuck at the lowest position which my baby hates at the moment. Since I needed this as a double stroller, it is now no longer in use since I can't seat two. I reached out to customer service, but have not heard back.
