A surprise buy. Neat, sturdy and stylish design makes for an everyday carry partner on the go. LED display is a nice touch. The universal C-Bus charging ports are great. USB to C-Bus is the only charge cord you need. Device charging times are quick and powerbank recharge is also well beyond expectation.Bottom line. A ‘bang for buck’ buy.

Decided it was time to purchase two new batteries for my kids since they are using their phone and devices more, since Covid19. I let them use my Zendure batteries which I really love, but now they really need their own. Trying to be more cost conscious, I wanted to try out something new. Knowing that most items found in a MicroCenter Store must go through lots of steps and trials, I thought that maybe half the work was already taken care of for me. So I came across the Cygnett brand, never heard of them before, but the packaging was good and informative. I like that they offered multi colors, and I like the price for what I was getting. Liked the fact that it had two ports, and each port can handle 2.4Amps and 12Watts at the same time. And one of the best options ... This can handle phone charging and can make a dent to juice up an iPad if needed. Plus it comes with a 2 year warranty and the main headquarters is in Australia which is cool, but the device is made in China as most are. I have used it about a half a dozen times on both and they are working out well so far, the charging times using a good 2.4Amp changer. The size is nice in your hand, the weight is also expected, not to light or heavy, just right. I gave it 4 stars only for the reason that I haven't used it for a year, so long term testing has not been established as this is important for a portable battery source evaluation. But for now it is a virtual 5 stars. Thank you Cygnett so far!

Purchased for my Daughter (20 yrs), fed up with the moaning when her phone ran out of battery when out partying. This was the perfect answer, battery power on the go. Only thing now is to help her remember to take with her each time she goes out. The mobile power of using this to power up speakers, mobile phones, smartwatches etc brilliant!

It’s a really good combination of size, shape and capacity. I find smaller batteries to be hardly worth bothering with. Very comfortable to hold with a Plus-sized iPhone and dual-USB is another plus. But...It has a critical flaw in that the capacity meter doesn’t seem to work with “dumb” USB devices (non-Apple Lightning). The remaining capacity doesn’t decrease when charging such devices, so it could say 95% left when in fact there is only 15%. This destroys its usability if you can never have confidence in how much capacity is remaining. It’s such a silly oversight in the design. If you intend to use Apple products only it’s fine. Otherwise I’d look for alternatives.
The item I received was different from the one I thought I ordered, but I'm not complaining because it is a better model at a bargain price. Heaps of capacity and has no problem charging my devices. Switches off automatically when it has finished charging a device. The display showing the remaining charge is handy. Looks to be of sturdy construction and not too bulky for its capacity. I can recommend it highly provided you don't mind black.
Compact size, easy to use, USB A and C outlets, convenient display of charge amount. Works ok with iPhone and 12” iPad at the same time, although drains quickly. Ideal as a phone backup
i bought one of these chargers a few months ago and found it to be the best power bank i have ever bought. The numbers give a clear indication of the amount of charge left, it charges my Samsung 9 2-3 times before needing to charge the power bank itself. While it does take a while to charge, keep in mind, it does hold 2-3 times the battery capacity of the Samsung 9 (which normally takes 2-3 hours to fully charge. I usually use the power bank to keep my phone charged when i'm not near a cord, or away for a weekend and it works a treat.
I have only used this a couple of times. It is a neat, compact unit and it is not very heavy if you have to carry it in hand-luggage. It charged by iPad from 18% to 100% and only used 50% of its capacity.
Charged up the device (flat when purchased). The digital charge display said 100% after about 10 hours.I then tried charging up my phone from the power pack. Nothing at all. Its as though the power pack is completely flat. The digital display does not work now, showing 15% but only displays when charging, not when disconnected.I am not used to paying good dollars for this kind of rubbish.
The case is one of the worst around. It falls apart, warps out of shape and cracks easily. This is by far the worst Apple branded case on the market. The only good thing about the case is the extra magsafe magnet and that’s it. The case scratches, breaks, warps, cracks with no impact. There is tens of thousand of complaints online as well stating these same issues I have. I will never buy a Apple branded case again.
