bought this product to dual charge 2 phones, unfortunately it works intermittently, often doesn't charge (regardless of position on plate) or starts charging and stops for no reason. I have had a Samsung one in the past with no issues! Definitely wouldn't recommend. Taking it back to the store today for a refund. Only had it 3 weeks and has caused problems everyday of the three weeks. If it wasn't for COVID I'd have returned it already!

I had to return the first one I bought and just yesterday returned the replacement. Both had the same problem as others have already described. Only one side will charge, and the side that charges will alternate. Sometimes pulling the plug and putting it back in will solve it temporarily. Very disappointing.
This is a pretty good product- works exactly as expected and sits sleekly where ever you place it. Has slight grip under neath too so doesn’t just slide around. Average charge speed- not too slow or fast.
Not if it was a faulty unit or bad design in general, but constantly stopped and restarted charging although the phone was at the centre of the plus with zero movementHowever I have 2 other wireless chargers that I never had an issue with so I wouldn't recommend this product
Great charger I was really excited to get a wireless charger. Makes it so much neater.The only problem is it can be a bit difficult to charge, you have to keep placing it on and moving it a bit to make it charge and ive noticed it charges faster when the phone case. FYI We have Apple, Samsung phones but didn’t charge Oppo but think that’s because of Oppo phone though.
I bought this wireless charger last month, now this charger let me down a lot. One side of charger doesn't work unless unplug it and plug it again. Overheated most of time when i charge my phone. I don't my warranty so i opened it up let se what in side. It doesn't have heat sink or something to keep it cool while using like Samsung's charger.
Got the TwoFold 20W Wirelss chargerto charge two iPhones but did not work as advertised- only charges one a time or will keep going off charge. One needs to keep turning it off and on from the power switch on the wall, will start and then disable charging again. Phone will keep beeping indicating they are off charge every 15 - 20 seconds. Got it a week back. Totally useless product.
A great product. Handy to have in the kitchen and people just place their phones on it. Charges two phones at a time which is great. Would recommend it
