So excited to have received and finally installed our brand new parcel box! Seems like a real quality product. Love the finish. Easy to install. Hubby was pretty happy to see it came with pre-drilled holes and all the dyno-bolts required to install securely into concrete. Combination lock was easy to set.Company was also amazing to deal with - clear communication all the way through the process. Very impressed overall.

Parcel etterbox arrived after a delay in shipping from overseas, received several updates so I wasn’t worried. It was faulty - a factory oversight. (The sign was fine). Response to my complaint and photo was prompt, and a replacement arrived in 5 days. Excellent communication by phone and email. Refreshing!

Such an awesome parcel box, an asset at the front of the street for any dwelling. Love the pin lock you can give to your delivery courier to drop off larger parcels securely and also collect from the front. Be sure to ask for the custom signage - it's well worth the cost and increases the appeal.
We have just installed letterbox. The selection and delivery process was smooth and timely. The letterbox was easy to install and looks great. I could hear the mailman cheering from the end of the driveway. Fingers crossed I don't reverse my ute into this one!
What a variety of colour mixes. Big props to this store. We love our new letterbox!
Quality product at the right price.Hassel free transaction. Will purchase from Dagood again.
Our letter box was manufactured to a high standard and finish, looks exactly like website photos. Quality materials and labels. the packaging was so good (dual layered boxing), not a scratch of dent when we opened it.Everything you need for installation is provide. You just need an impact drill (to drill a hole in concrete. Took me 15 mins to install. Arrived today and already installed.
Really love our letterbox! The posties have been using it to deliver parcels which is a relief as we werent sure they would. It looks so lovely and has made the front garden look so much better. My only complaint would be that expecting people to be able to lay a concrete slab and then have the ability to drill into it is a bit too much. I would say it would probably be better if the bottom of the letterbox was just made to be heavier so that it isn't in danger of tipping over if not secured with the bolt
Easy to find what we needed and in a good range of styles and colours. Letterbox is well made, doesnnot leak in bad weather and looks sensational. Delivery was quick from interstate.Theyare not cheap but nothing is these days and you get what you pay for. Have already recommended Milkcan to our friends who are blown away by our new box.
