I bought the 9 foot 6 inch version of this rod, has great versatility. Whether I feel like beach fishing for tailor, rock fishing or river fishing for jewfish, this is my go to rod. Can not fault!!

The 9'6 version is awesome for throwing larger lures and poppers from the shore. Not quite surfcaster length but long enough to get good distance and work the lure. The rod feels well built and strong, very good value for money.
