Great beach rod. Strong enough for a full mulie and sinker with enough whip to enable a long cast past the breakers. A solid inclusion to my beach gear.

Bought at BCF, after used once the tip guide and the bottom guide ring came off, went back bcf to get send to daiwa but they refused to replace or fix, because rod has little scratch!!! Never buy daiwa rod again, the reel (BG) on the other hand is great.

I brought the rod for use in estuary fresh and bays. I am able to cast bait and lures a good distance from shore and from my boat. It is light enough to see small bites but also has enough power to handle good size fish. Very happy with purchase of Dawai cross fire rod brought from BCF Warrnambool

Excellent rod for bread and butter species and light surf work. Excellent casting and very sensitive tip to feel those takes. Love the quality and great price for this rod.
This great looking 12 ft rod is very sensitive yet robust and will allow you to cast much further than you're possibly used to. Its very strong with a well balanced lightweight construction and uses high quality fittings. Not to mention excellent value for you $ ....Pair it with a Daiwa Crossfire reel for the perfect match.
Have both a 10ft and a 12ft now. Nice and whippy for casting a good distance with a 4000 or 5000 spinning reel. Easily lands decent size bream, tailor, dart and flatties on bait or metal spinners
Perfect Snapper rod for the piers or BeachLight surf so handles well caught a 6.5kg snapper on this rod and a friend I advised to buy the same rod landed a 15kg gummy shark
Great rod for the price. The first time I used it I got a Black Tip Reef shark of about 10 kgs on a metal slug from the rocks at Bargara. The shark put up a great fight but the rod handled it very well. Next cast I got smoked by a much larger shark which stripped off all 200m of 30lb braid in about 20 secs. Not the rods fault !!
Very nice rod, well made, nice handle, very reactive to bites, works perfectly for targeting any species from shore.
Bought for longer casts from the shoreline at local reservoirs. Very light and comfortable, the finish is very nice. Fitted with a 4000 baitrunner and this has become my go to rod for lake fishing. Can feel bites even if it’s only a little Redfin. Very impressed and happy.
