Awesome bag to wear while walking land based. Would highly recommend to buy this if you’re looking for a good fishing. Is comfortable to wear for long walks and is pretty much unnoticeable while casting.

Daiwa D-Vec Backpack Tackle BagGood size and very roomy. Comfortable to wear and fits all required tackle and tools. Comeswith tackle trays containing various compartments and you can fit a spare reel or spools in the top compartment. All in all a great, versatile tackle bag with a host of features and plenty of storage options. Highly recommend this product.

A great Backpack that carries plenty of your gear. Also comfortable enough for taking on those hard to get fishing spots. Loads of pocket storage and compartments.Only negative thing - I have already bought new plastic tackle boxes the same size. The quality of the supplied boxes are not great. The compartment pieces are not a tight fit and tackle gets mixed with other sizes. Once I purchased new Daiwa compartment boxes $70 worth - i set them up and its great. So all up a pricey tackle bag but good. Would be great if they offered some sort of swap for the not so good boxes and money back.

Great backpack for fishing gear
23 January 2022

Ample room to fit everything i wanted for a good session o the rocks. The plastic storage boxes are great for hooks, sinkers, jigheads and lures. Organised the pockets for pliers/tools and trace lines. Enough room in the top section for my reels (X3) and a jacket. Also has a cover to keep rain and water out of the bag.

Little bit of improvement

Top section could have been a bit more deeper . Side pockets tiny bit short for filleting knives. Takle boxes and storage worth the purchase

Lovely Xmas surprise
19 December 2022

Got an email asking to review this product. Im guessing my wife used my BCF account to purchase my Xmas present. (Not Xmas yet) looking forward to acting surprised when I open my new diawa tackle bag. Cheers.

Nice simple tackle back pack

Nice simple tackle back pack. Ensuring you pack only what you target for & space is enough.Could do with double zips for side pockets to be more friendly with opening. Nice feature having a rain cover built in the bag incase it rains

Poor quality for the premium price
9 July 2020

My son got this for Christmas 6 months ago. He is a regular fisherman but looks after his gear. However, the zipper to the main tackle container compartment recently broke making the entire bag unusable as the back flap keeps on dropping down and the tackle containers keep falling out.Sadly, BCF wouldn't replace it so that's $150 down the drain. Such a shame about the quality because the bag itself it well designed.

Ready...GO Fishing!!!

Pros:1. Backpack is nice and rigid in structure. Stands upright.2. Easy access compartments with Daiwa tackle box.3. Great mesh pocket for wet lures.4. Price is fair.5. Easy zipper loops and smooth zips.Cons:1. wish it had Shoulder pull support straps will be a great ergonomic feature for carrying, normally backpack does get heavy.2. No straps on the outside for landing nets or jackets.3. un-adjustable chest strap

So convenient!
21 March 2021

Just brought this for my beach fishing adventure today! I'm always taking my gear in a trolley that's always bogging in the sand. This little beauty is awesome! The tackle box at the bottom is so much easier than carrying a big bulky one. It's doesn't collapse when there taken out also!My phone & accessory are nicely put away and the best part is, I hang the bag on my chair so it keeps my chair from blowing over. So much nicer to walk to where I need to get with also!Highly reccomend this product!
