This is my 2nd pair of these, first pair lasted 8+ years of boarding and sledding with the kids, only reason to replace was that I wore out the palm a bit riding a rope toe with my youngest last season. They are warm and waterproof. When temps are 25 deg+ I go without the liners or they are too hot, having those are a great option for the really cold days and work great. No complaints with these gloves, reason why I bought them again, can't go wrong. Hand stay warm and dry, great quality and long lasting. I have larger hands, normally XL (rare occasions/brands an XXL) and the XL dakine fits perfect.

I bought primarily for skiing. The gauntlet is long enough to the job. The glove by itself is warm, and even warmer with the supplied liners. They are a little stiff with the liners on. The goggle and nose wipes are handy. The glove leashes are great, and necessary if you take your gloves off while riding the lift. The interior of the fingers pulls out a little if your hands are sweaty, which makes them a little hard to get back on sometimes. Otherwise they’re really great.

Gloves appear to be well designed and are comfortable. I especially like the hand warmer/accessory pocket on the back and the detachable wrist straps. The additional glove liners will be great on those extra cold days.

Gloves are great and fit well. They look good and are waterproof. I like the rubber lens wiper on the thumb for rainy conditions. The only issue is they're not warm enough when temps are below 20°
Got these and just wore them for the first time last weekend. The weather wasn't super cold but my hands never felt chilly and never got wet, even without the included liners. Movability and flexibility was great too. Would recommend
Very nice set of gloves. I like the fact that they come with a removable liner glove, and that the liner is touchscreen compatible on the index finger and thumb. It would be nice if the inner liner actually attached to the outer glove with velcro at the cuff or by some other means, the way my older REI gloves did. With these gloves it is difficult to keep the liner and glove together and most times you end up removing the glove and liner separately. The hand warmer pocket is a nice feature my other gloves do not have. The little squeegee on the thumb to wipe goggles might be useful if you have the large frameless goggles, but I found it essentially useless on smaller goggles with a plastic frame. They do seem waterproof and windproof and well made. They are relatively warm as well. I was hoping they would be warmer than my previous ski gloves, but they are about the same, and my fingers did occasionally feel a bit cold on the lifts in high-teens, low-20s temperatures.
Overall an OK glove. I question the rating of these gloves being "Warmth Index: 5 (maximum warmth)." On a day below 0 F, your hands ARE going to be cold. I previously had a set of leather gloves that were 20+ years old that worked great on really cold days below zero. Disappointing that something with 20 years newer technology can't provide the same degree of warmth and protection from the elements. The first few days, I really didn't like the gloves as they felt bulky with the liners and they lacked the feel I was seeking by picking a glove vs mittens. However, after 8-10 days on the mountain, they broke in pretty well and the "feel" that I was hoping for is getting better."In terms of comfort, I wish the seams of the liners were sewn EXTERNALY. I personally don't like the feel of the bulky seams on the interior of the gloves. Again, the point of selecting gloves (vs mittens) is for good feel and having a bunch of bulky seems at your finger tips seems to defeat this goal.
These gloves far exceeded my expectations. I didn't realize when I bought them that they come with liners. I never use glove liners because they are a p.i.t.a.But I just took a trip to Snowbird, Utah and Jackson Hole, Wyoming, during a Polar Vortex and it was cold af. I'm a Tahoe skier and not used to the cold.Boy was I glad these had liners because it made the gloves way warmer. I didn't have any problems, and my fingers get cold easy, but they were fine and we were skier in -10 to -14 F at the top of the tram at Jackson Hole. And I learned that the gloves will pack out a little, like ski boots, when you use the liners so that my fingers don't feel as fat.Really impressed with the quality of these gloves.
Used while boarding in freezing temps (single digits plus windchill) and snowing. Hands never got cold or wet. Great use of liner to check phone without exposing fingers to cold.
I bought these because my EMS gloves were no longer cutting it for me. I’m surprised at the negative comments that they are not warm. I am finding my fingers do not get cold. These work much better than the ones I replaced.I just went skiing in 20 degree weather with my daughter, who had equivalent Bean gloves. She needed hand warmers by the second run and my hands were warm all day.
