Decided to replace my centre speaker (a Dali Zensor Pico Vokal), although a good little speaker, it was just a little lacking. So chose this little beauty, it has certainly filled the centre stage. An excellent purchase!

Reading reviews and speaking to the team in store, the point that really hit home is that around 70% of your tv sound (in a home theatre set up) is delivered through the centre speaker - so it is important that it does the business! Without bursting the bank, this speaker delivers in terms of sound quality (both music and dialogue). It is a little bulky and I have ended up raising the tv slightly so that it can go just underneath the screen.
Had this for three weeks so pretty well run in. The speaker sounds great. Really pleased with purchase and sound matches well with my spelter 2 speakers. I could find almost no reviews of the spektor vokal so felt I was taking a punt but really glad I did. Vocals sound crystal clear.
In the process of upgrading my surround speakers, this is a great sounding centre speaker, it works well with my old front speakers which I'm upgrading to Dali next. Highly recommend this centre speaker.

After purchasing Spektor1 speakers to replace Wharfdale DX2`s front R/L, I was so pleased with them that I purchased this centre speaker to match.The difference in sound quality is brilliant and complements the front L/R.Build quality is good, and the difference in my listening pleasure from the system as a whole is a massive improvement. Would not hesitate to recommend the VOKAL centre (nor the Spector 1`s for that matter) Price, build quality and above all audio quality is really top notch.
Bought as an upgrade to the Dali Pico Vokal. Has a lot more punch and the vocal is clearer. A definite worthy upgrade.
Replacing a dali pico vokal. The difference is amazing, the clarity and forwardness of the sound has improved dramatically. It goes to show you need a decent size centre speaker as it does most of the work in a surround set up
