Dandies Vegan Vanilla Mini Marshmallows 283g

Although the weight of this pack is the same as the pack of the big Dandies marshmallows, it might last longer as they are small marshmallows. These smaller ones are also better than the big ones if you want to give them to small children. These marshmallows are like some of the the non-vegan ones. They are delicious and addictive. On the pack it says to keep them in a cool and dry place. This is certainly true, as I bought some ahead and they deteriorated over summer despited the expiry date having been months away.

Better than regular marshmallows! The texture is slightly different (more sticky) but Dandies has more flavor and doesn't have the weird chemical taste that other brands have. They also brown pretty well when baked on sweet potatoes. (Sometimes need to turn up the over slightly more)

They have a vanilla taste which is more flavorful than regular marshmallows. They are as fluffy as regular marshmallows and melt well in hot chocolate or in s'mores. Like most vegan and more natural products they are more expensive.. I think the taste and texture are worth the price. I am vegan so I am always happy when zi can find this in the stores. Can be hard to find in my area. I usually have to go to a health food store.

It took me a couple stops to find these, but it was worth the effort to be able to make s’mores at the campfire during my vacation! I wish they were more widely available. These are vanilla-flavored, not plain—tastes nice. Got properly crispy where I held it near the fire and lightly toasted where I gave the flames some space. Got puffy, didn’t melt too much inside, but not sure if that’s because of the ingredients or attributable my skills (it didn’t bother me, but my non-vegan partner commented on the level of meltedness). Sounds like others have reviewed them as being more dense than the traditional marshmallow. Regardless, the best part is that they’re cruelty-free! #vegan

I really have nothing but amazing things to say about this product. My husband and I love it. It's no different than any other marshmallow in texture. I personally believe it almost tastes the same as a typical marshmallow but not exactly because it's better in comparison. The added vanilla flavor is something you can definitely taste and is very pleasing and light not over powering. I just got another pack yesterday lol love these!!! Especially for hot chocolate.

When eaten as is, these marshmallows taste a thousand times better than the ones made from gelatin. They have a slightly different texture, but not in a bad way. They're still nice and fluffy and the slight difference in texture is actually nice.When it comes to melting them down for crispy treats, however... that's when things turn into a real pain in the butt. Unfortunately these don't melt down into a beautiful smooth consistency like my formerly beloved Jet-Puffs do. These take much longer to melt down and once they do they have the tendency to form big globs. So glad to have these marshmallows without the corn syrup and artificial ingredients. The regular sized Dandies are great, but these minis are more versatile for baking and in hot chocolate. The taste and texture is more marshmallowy than the larger ones.

Really love Dandies Vegan Mini Marshmallows Vanilla. Sometimes just eat a little just like candy!

Love these marshmallows. They taste very good and it is hard not to snack on them. The mini marshmallows and the larger ones melt just fine in the microwave in order that you can make rice crispy squares. Save on Foods has a brand of marshmallows that are gluten free but the Dandies brand taste much better.

Perfect! Lovely little sugar rush to pop in your mouth or plop in a hot chocolate. A nice treat. Taste and texture exactly the same as the cruel ingredient ones.
