The US military designed the M65 pattern jacket in the year 1965. Later in 1981 the woodland camouflage pattern was introduced and combined with the M65 jacket to produce an awesome duo. Robust, warm and adaptable, these are great for outdoor activities, airsoft/paintball and right down to casual wear. The jacket is made from a majority of polyester and part cotton mix. Designed after the original, these have nearly all the same features. The front of the jacket has 4 pockets - 2 on the chest and 2 on the waist. They are a decent size that can fit anything from notepads to large cellphones. The front of the jacket is secured with a full length zipper and the storm flap can be closed with snap domes. If the weather takes a bad turn you can attach the inner liner easily with a buttoning system for extra warmth (included). Both the waistline and bottom of the jacket has draw cords which you can tighten to help keep that warmth in. An awesome feature of the original still kept on this one is the concealed hood. Undo the zip around the collar and the hood unfurls out with ease. Reproduced from a tried and tested military pattern, this jacket will adapt to suit the conditions you find yourself in.
