The jacket we received did not have the red zipper and white logo. Instead it was all navy. We preferred the look of the colors but it’s fine. I found this jacket to be somewhat thinner than the last version of the product we purchased and also it fit a little tighter (and we still have the old one so it’s the jacket not the person that has changed sizes). Overall the discrepancies are minor and I’m still happy with the product. And honestly, Moosejaw has been so pleasant to work with! Their emails are so funny!

In addition to its main performance task, I really liked the designed protector for avoiding the zip slider being in contact with my neck in the top stop.

Provides a good amount of warmth considering it's weight/thickness, and works great as a midlayer. It has a slim fit with long sleeves. I'm 6'7" 210lbs and the XXL fits perfectly.Using it under my synthetic jacket allows me to be outside at -15C without feeling cold. Without it I start start to feel cold at -5C.
Bought this fleece jacket as, primarily, a spring skiing mid layer (to go under a shell). The simplicity of it (no pockets, no extra bulk etc) will work great for that and the fit is good (my daughter is 9 and I got her a size 10 which I think she will be able to wear for quite a while without it being too large now). I like the weight of the fleece and have had good luck with HH fleece for the kids before. The neon color is REALLY neon though... which the name does imply but not the photo. The color is MUCH brighter that it looks online (unless it's just my screen). It was so bright I wasn't sure she'd actually like it. I bought this for my husband, the pickiest person alive. I purchase fleece jackets for him from time to time, as he prefers them to other jacket/sweatshirt/sweater options.About 25 years ago, I’d gotten him a Mammut fleece that he loved. As many new ones as I’d gotten to replace it over the years, it still eclipsed all others in his mind, and he continued to prefer it to newer ones I’ve gifted him, one’s that fit better and look nicer. This is the first time he’s gone for a new fleece—he loves it. It’s warm, sleek, durable, and attractive.
I bought this for my husband as a second layer for our expedition trip to Antarctica. I'm actually writing this review from the white continent now! It has worked perfectly when out on the zodiacs and while on shore landings, and it's comfortable and stylish enough for wearing around the ship in between activities. Highly recommend!
