As a quaffing everyday wine the Shiraz Cab is unbeatable value at the price point and unlike some other cask wines it isn't loaded with preservatives.
We have been long-time fans of Di Bortoli Wines and have visited their Cellar Door in Hunter Valley many times. This cask wine is a great everyday wine - lovely mouth fee, great flavour and reasonably priced. Usually take advantage of purchasing when on special at local Liquorland.
