I thought I'd try this brand of pasta but twice I have cooked it and twice it's stuck together in big clumps. I don't have this issue with any other pasta I use. Back to our favourite brand, Garofalo.

These are more yellow than our normal brand and slightly cheaper. They cooked OK but we all preferred both taste and texture of the Garafalo version.
Absolute favourite in the house by both of us, so versatile. In my opinion amazing pasta for money you pay. Thank you De Cecco.
Im a pasta lover. So are my kids. Were obsessed with this brand. Nothing comes close to De Cecco. How delicious can pasta be, you might think... so delicious that my son has a few plain bites before stirring in any sauce. Worth every penny if you want the best pasta treat at home!
