Great product! Unlike most oil heaters, it heats very quickly and the digital temperature setting means you can set the temp to the exact degree. We love the eco mode and have the heater on 24/7 during winter and merely adjust the degrees as needed. We ordered two of these. One arrived defective and faulty, but Harvey Norman promptly organised for a replacement and exchange. Much appreciated!

Our house is freezing and this little heater warms the room really quickly. The timer is kind of hard to work out but I just turn it on and off when I want to use it. I would definitely recommend this heater

The heat is really nice and even. The inbuilt thermostat works well. Design is nice and the heater looks good. The display is rather bright - so keep that in mind if it’s being used in a bedroom at night etc
It is a good heater. Able to nicely heat up my open plan living/kitchen area. And the warmth also radiates to my bedroom which is nice. However, it comes with the worst instruction manual, which doesn’t make much sense and is hard to follow. Maybe they complicated it by adding too majy settings options.
We got this heater for our baby girls nursery and it is perfect, safe to leave overnight and not a dry heat like when leaving the ducted heating on. My only complaint is the super bright light that doesn't switch off and the loud beep it makes when turning on and off. These 2 things could easily be rectified with a design adjustment from Delonghi of a cover over the screen area and no noise for turning on and off. Other than that would highly recommend.
The heater is great! However, it does not come with a manual or even tell you to go to the website for a download. There are many manuals available on the Delonghi website, BUT NOT FOR THIS MODEL! Took absolutely ages to figure out and had to write my own notes for future reference. Great heater which is really let down by non-existent documentation.
I have attempted to buy this product twice and both times the heater has arrived with a dint in the outer casing. They’re so hard to come by that I ended up accepting the second heater with the dint as I wasn’t confident a third would arrive undamaged. The heater itself works well and I’m happy with the warmth - it’s very quiet which is great too. It’s just disappointing that I received two heaters and both were damaged.
We bought four of these yesterday. Two for living area and the others for two bedrooms. We are so happy with how well the two are heating our open living/dining/kitchen area that has no doors, has floorboards with only one rug, lots of single pane windows and is also open to the stairs to the second storey! Granted, we have had them on the highest setting a lot of the time, but it is such a lovely heat and so much better than our ineffective ducted heating blowing dust and pollen around the house. So happy with our choice and Harvey Norman Richmond had our click and collect ready almost immediately. Great service, great product. Highly recommend! Really happy with the heater and the service. Heater heats up a large open plan floor really quickly and is extremely warm. It's a 'nice' heat, no hot air blowing over you. Thinking about buying another for downstairs. The only negative is the odd 'power up' system where you set how much power you'd like to use to heat your room. I just turn it up and down by temperature as required. Also really happy with the service, our old heater gave up the ghost while we were ill, so I ordered this online in the morning. Joyce Mayne rang me to arrange delivery by lunchtime and it arrived the next day. Super pleased - thankyou!
