I was experiencing symptoms from excessive ear wax in my left ear, so I thought I’d give this product a shot due to the high ratings! I tried this product for three days straight, and followed the instructions very carefully. Throughout those days, I NEVER experienced any relief! This solution caused excessive pressure, pain, and deafness in my ear. On day three, I started to have a terrible ringing in my ear and jaw pain. After three days of these symptoms, I decided to go to my primary care doc to get it looked at. My doctor said my ear was extremely irritated, swollen, and that I had an ear infection. I am now on antibiotics, and have to see an ENT next week to make sure nothing is damaged. Walmart Required that a Driver, named Peter, come and pick up this item before they could refund my purchase. Their Driver, Peter, did come and pick up the item, however either he did not Scan the Barcode, or he Lost the Item or something else, I do not know, so now I do Not have the Item Or the Refund that I was Promised! This worked amazingly! I got some unspeakable things out of my ears that I did not need to see. I can now hear colors. I laid on my side on the floor for 20 minutes with 10 drops in my ear. I made sure to pull my ear back to let it get in deep. When you hear little pops and if it feels itchy, you know it’s working. Afterward, I took the bulb and filled it up with as much warm water as possible and stuck it into my ear a bit and squeezed as hard as I could to get a good rush of water in there. You may think it isn’t working at first but you just need to keep flushing. I repeated several times until I saw large clumps of wax coming out. I continued to flush some more after that. I've had wax in my ears for years. Don't like doctors. This week left ear was totally blocked. Bought on recommendation from my wife's aunt. First day AM put in 10 drops and left in for an hour. Rinsed out and got a few specks of wax. First day PM put in 10 drops left in for 1 1/2 hours. Could definitely hear it bubbling. Rinsed out and still only got a couple specks of wax. Second day AM put in 10 drops for 1/2 hour. Really could hear and feel bubbling. Rinsed out and 2 good size pieces of wax and bunch of small ones came out. It was great...I could hear again. Best I've heard in probably 20 years. Will wait a couple of days and do the right ear.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT- USELESS!!!!!!!!!I had clogged ears and doctor couldn't even see eardrums during regular exam so I bought this product after it was suggested by Mayo clinic website for home removal. Used it as directed on box, even called their customer service 2 times to make sure I understood directions. Used for the directed 4 days, ears never unclogged during this time and couldn't hear out of ear at all. I flushed with warm water for 15 minutes after last drop placement as directed and got very little out, very difficult to use bulb while tilting head for drainage. Ear is still completely clogged and I still can't hear so now I have to call my doctor. At least Walmart is giving me a full refund.
