I have -4.5 power. So i bought this for swimming. You will get only round number power like -3, -4, -2 etc. But it is good enough for swimming and even while you are wisiting Goa or any other such places. I used it in Goa for surfing and it was fantastic.

For the price point, item is acceptable. I still had to use my anti-fog solution as the lenses were not exactly anti-fog, but that's alright. Most importantly, the degrees on the lenses helps one to see much clearer in the pool. Not suitable for heavy usage though, as the item doesn't feel very sturdy.

First time owning an optical goggle, very glad to be able to see well in swimming pool. I liked the two strip of rubber band, able to adjust to my preference and tightness.

At last I can see in the water! My eyesight isn't great -6. I bought the -5 goggles which work great.Before I had to either swim head up in glasses orcontacts, now I can swim properly.I've used them nearly every day since I got them and they're still going strong!
These goggles fit comfortably if you are used to the style (close to professional swimming shapes). The straps have good adjustability and the prescription is great, I have the same vision clarity as through my normal glasses. They even arrived slightly sooner than expected.However my box did not come with the nose bridge adjusters that were advertised and I cannot find a way on Decathlon to request these be sent!!! The nose bridge in place now I think is the largest of the three and slightly too large for me. If I could find a way to get these sent through will amend review.
Fits well has 3 different sizes of nose bridge pieces.Is an affordable way to get your prescription or close to it in goggles.Fogs up. Is pointless as a pair of goggles as it fogs up by the time you are able to do a length of pool. I might as well use my 3 quid sports direct pair even if I cant see clearly through them
Before choosing, do try the samples provided. I got mine and happy with the product. It is clear underwater. Highly recommended 👍
I found these to be comfortable and good for prolonged use. No issues with fogging and the vision correction is good. Would be even better if you could specify different correction in each eye and more specific correction (eg increments of 0.5 or even 0.25) but this is probably good enough for my purposes and they are cost effective.
These goggles are amazing! Being blind as a bat Im very happy that i was able to purchase these of the shelf. I have a prescription of -3.75 and -4.5. I bought the -4.00 goggles and enjoy the sensation of being able to see whilst Im swimming.
