The corners are not fastened like the samples. They are held together with plastic inserts, which fit perfectly, and strong magnets. The latches at the bottom work very well.It takes less than five minutes to assemble and install. The corner joints look perfect. You can’t tell they are not permanently attached.The frame hangs with two brackets at the top which come installed. Very pleased with the quality. Very expensive but worth it.

I sense the frame blocks the light sensor making the art mode not perform as well. My sense/opinion anyway. Quality is good and assembly and mounting is easy and well thought out. Update: opted to remove it as with the frame the art looked less realistic on the screen due to the blocked light sensor. Ultimately a waste of money. Likely a great option in a bright room or room with out changing lighting conditions where you can set and leave the brightness - but not my room.

There is nothing but the best reviews I can give any company here. This frame is nearly perfect. Quality is amazing and beyond! It’s expensive and it shows the difference as to why. Installation takes literally seconds, incredibly well designed. Packaging is probably the best packaging I have ever seen. No way this is getting damaged in shipment unless the box is totally crushed and destroyed lol! That said, it will knock out the motion sensor on your tv. I read they have a solution in development but it’s not available yet. You’ll have to setup Bluetooth for the remote and turn off your motion sensor

Amazing experience - quality item

This entire experience has been lovely! I ordered a bunch of samples, which arrived very organized and clearly labeled with the color name, and bonus, each one has a QR code sticker on the back which brings you directly to the ordering page. Seamless! The only thing that I think could be better is if the company had some sort of buyback program (or something) for all these samples, as I spent over $50 on multiple corner pieces and then just threw them all away when we picked the color we wanted... Sort of a waste! Anyway, the frame was SUPER easy to put together and popped right onto the TV. Also, the remote still works great - the frame doesn't affect the remote capabilities at all. Amazing!

The quality, ease of assembly and installation is amazing. When combined with the Samsung “Frame” TV it truly becomes a work of art.Often we are worried about the price and I hesitated prior to committing. When we received our frame I was very impressed by the fit and finish. This is well designed and the quality is immediately evident and any reservations for the our purchase were immediately dismissed. Expensive? Yes, but worth it? Absolutely!When we upgrade our family room TV, I will certainly look to purchase another frame without hesitation! It is simply beautiful and frames your selected artwork, well, like art!

Beautiful but trouble with our remotes now…

I ordered two frames for our TVs and have LOVED the look. The frames themselves were incredibly simple to install. We have big TVs and I was able to install both frames by myself in well under 5 minutes. Huge plus! They snapped on securely without any issues and immediately looked great. The quality is fantastic. Our only complaint so far is that our Samsung remotes have had trouble with the frames making them kind of useless. The only solution we’ve found is to pop off the bottom right hand section of the frames so the remote can communicate with the TVs again. Not ideal.

Fabulous experience and very pleased with my Art Frame TV

It could not have been easier or more beautiful. We put this over the dresser in the master bedroom. So we now have an impressive touch of elegance rather than the traditional plain mirror...and it eliminates the need of having a TV on the dresser. We change the artwork every day and there are so many choices! This is a fabulous combination of great looks and high function.Also, the team at Deco TV Frames was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them. We purchased the TV, the frame and the USB of art work from them. The frame and artwork arrived directly from them in just a few days in perfect order. Great product, great people, disables TV functions

Frame itself is 5 stars.Customer service is 5 stars.Unfortunately as a whole I can only give 1 star. This frame completely covers up the sensors for the TV, which I was fully aware of when purchasing. That's why I bought their SRS2 sensor unit. Sadly, the SRS unit does not work at all. It causes my TV to constantly turn off completely while actively using the TV. It will not wake the TV to Art mode after the TV has gone to "sleep". So, while the frame is great and the people at the company have been great, I just can't recommend the frame unless you don't ever want to be able to use the sensors on the TV, which to me is half the reason to get The Frame TV.

Not fully compatible

It’s beautiful but blocks the sensors so you can’t use the motion sensor or light sensor functions! Not sure why they would design this frame and charge triple the amount of the Samsung frames, only to not use the art tv to its full capacity. It’s very misleading and I am considering returning. So unfortunate because the frame is beautiful. Now we have to decide between aesthetic and function. Never a good thing

[Rewarded Review] Awesome frame for Samsung frame TV

We debated for years putting a TV in the living room but did not want to waste wall space. The DECO frame was the clincher to finally do it. The Samsung frame TV with the DECO frame added the ability to add pictures to our room. The frame is a bit pricey but well worth it. There are a number of frame choices and this one was very similar to another regular picture frame (comparable size) that we had in the room. It was very easy to install and fit perfectly - up in minutes and looked very well made. Had a number of compliments over the Holidays. Really enhanced the picture affect of the television.
