I got the sonar as a Christmas present in 2021 and excitedly began using it. I had a blast learning how to get the most out of the information and even bought accessories, like the flexible arm mount for my kayak. I used it most of the summer to help map the depth and cover/structure for the lakes I was fishing, but then it stopped charging and then completely stopped working. I contacted support and they sent me labels to send the unit back to them in Lithuania, but then it began working so I contacted them and said I would be back in touch if the issues came back. The unit stopped working again and I sent it in to them with labels they provided. Now, I get an email back from them that they are not going to replace my sonar because they consider it to be “water ... MoreI got the sonar as a Christmas present in 2021 and excitedly began using it. If you have used this product, you probably know the initial uneasy feeling of “wow…I am throwing a $300 piece of electronic equipment in the water.” That goes away quickly with the realization of how easy it is to “properly” close the unit. Now that I am being told my $300 sonar is not being replaced and it is my fault, I wanted to leave the review as a cautionary tale. Good product, but bad support if there are issues. I will not be spending any more money with the company.
