Very good fit and comfortable. However, noise cancellation is reduced in the mid ranges. I say this since I work daily in a server room and was very used to how the stock pads worked. These fit great but let the fan type noise in more.
I don't recommend these ear pads, except maybe if you rarely use your headphones. The deeper cups and flatter contact is an awesome improvement to the stock pads.However, the Choice Leather fails after a year of use, highly disappointing for an $80 product. Based on the lifetime the Choice Leather is hard to recommend. Peeling after one year is not covered under the warranty. I wouldn't justify the $80 a year improvement.I might try the suede since the material is less likely to fail in such a short period although I will try to find an alternative to Dekoni.
Bought these for my Beyerdynamic MMX 300 headset, huge improvement in not just the comfort (included stock velour pads are mediocre) but also sound quality, there's a nice increase in bass without affecting the rest of the frequency range. The large sound stage is not affected negatively. Only gripe is they can be a bit warm on the ears after using a long time. Definitely recommend as they are very soft and comfortable.

I've fitted a set of Choice Leather pads to my Beyerdynamic T5p Gen.2 headphones and wow have they made a difference over the tired and worn standard pads in terms of both sound and comfort. I love listening to these all over again! Great refresh or upgrade.
These earpads pair so well with MMX300's.Massive improvement over the stock pads in both sound signature and comfort.10/10 would recommend.
