I've been searching for a new backpack to replace a sling backpack that was hurting my shoulder. I must've ordered about 6 bags from various companies. Some were awesome and really stylish, but they lacked padding or had too many pockets. I didn't want to carry excess stuff! Ordering from Dell wasn't my first choice until I saw an ad. I was really impressed that it's made from recycled bottles, had amazing padding and just enough storage. Yes, it could be more modern, but it's still fairly sleek. Overall, it's a good bag and my shoulder doesn't hurt. The only thing missing is a key hook.

I got this backpack for my reward after purchasing a laptop. I like the thick padding in the laptop compartment for protection and how it easily fits my 16” laptop. Plenty of room and pockets to organize your stuffs inside the laptop. It’s also great that the outer fabric is made from recycled ocean bound plastic materials . One thing I would have preferred would be a full length front pocket instead of half. But overall great design with comfortable straps!

IT department at a major company, where I work, has selected this backpack as standard issue. Good choice ! I like it so much, I bought 2 of these backpacks (in addition to one from my employer) for personal use. Incredibly compact and well balanced after you put your laptop and all the paraphernalia you need (power supply, mouse, speaker, mouse pad, what else) in the backpack. My previous solution was on wheels and is about 4 times the volume of this backpack. And the backpack still has room to spare. Excellent ! I highly recommend it.
The backpack is well constructed, but it has a couple things that are minor annoyances. The lack of chest strap makes carrying the backpack a little fatiguing for longer wear periods (the shoulder straps are somewhat thin). Otherwise, the only other issue I've found is that the internal pockets are somewhat "taut." When putting my charger in the bag, I found that the bulge protruded through the whole bag and made putting stuff in the other pockets a little difficult. Overall a good buy, has quality materials and plenty of padding (and pockets!).
The book bag is great if you’re only using it to carry laptop + monitor or 2, keyboard, mouse, and a few accessories. If you wanted to use it outside of work or anything, it doesn’t fit much. It’s made especifícalos to fit the mentioned items. Can’t really even fit lunch or food in the bag with work stuff in there. The water bottle pockets are nice and to easy access small pocket. I like it but would’ve probably returned it if I could have

We were looking for a well-padded laptop bag and this fit the bill. We have Precision 5400 series laptops and they fit great (will fit a 17-inch laptop with no problem). There is a good quality padded collar at the top of the laptop compartment which helps keep the shape and adds extra protection. The other thing that is really nice is the organization pockets. These pockets are clearly labelled for mic, keyboard and headset as well as tablet storage. All in all, a nicely organized design and a sleek look.
Nice looking bag and compact organization so it does everything it promises. I was hoping the color in the padded section wouldn't be as yellow as shown in the product images, but they are perfectly accurate. I'm just not a fan of that yellowish brown color....wish it was gray. Also, the bottom panel has a pleather-esque material that I am not a fan of. Wish this was just the same material as the rest of the bag but perhaps they are thinking that it provides a bit of moisture protection. These gripes aside, seems like a very nice bag and time will tell how durable it will be.
Excellent quality product.Fits the Dell XPS17 perfectly in the back compartment, I use the middle compartment for PSU and a large all day lunch box (perfect for a small drone or camera and gear), the front compartment has my mouse and a few personal items.The shoulder straps are perfectly sized to balance even a full backpack, and the top handle is very useful.there is two hi-viz strips built into the shoulder straps, I would like to see a few hi-viz strips on the back of the product for those whom commute by bike or scooter. Nothing that would take away from its appearance.All in all an excellent product at a very reasonable price.
