It took several days and trips to a local electronics store to get the setup in place to use it. If you are a relative amateur looking to take it out of the box, plug it in and use it within the hour, then buy something else more "turnkey." If you have some knowledge about IT and looking to have a very good computer at a very good price and one that has the power to be used for many years, then buy it. I would buy the Dell 7070 again.

Good amount of memory and SSD space.It was set up on Sunday, used on Monday, then Tuesday morning it spent about half an hour booting / updating / whatever. That didn't happen Weds. or Thurs. I don't know why or whether it had to do with the hardware.This is my first Win 10 PC. I'm visually impaired, and use special themes / personalization settings in Windows (as well as third party software.) I'm still getting established. As far as I can tell, these are the matters I'm dealing with, not hardware issues.

Not into gaming, just needed an update to my 8 year old mid size tower for browsing the web and general office type work. I was impressed on how well laid out the inside of the SFF box was, and how easy it was to add an extra memory chip and SSD. Also, In searching for a new computer, I wanted to future proof it with at least one USB 3.1 type C socket. I didn't read the specs carefully and didn't notice that it had only DisplayPort connections to monitor. After it arrived, I had to order a DisplayPort to HDMI cord to hook up my old monitor.
I started having problems with this computer right away! Took it back to B&H . The wouldn’t replace it. I only had it three days. The tech in the store told me to reinstall windows. I shouldn’t have to do that with a brand new computer. And I’m still having issues with it. I’m very disappointed with B&H ! There customer service is usually great .
Small form factor but with all the connections to run dual monitors. Working from home it takes almost no space. Extremely pleased.
My second OptiPlex. Great things can come in small packages. It resides somewhere on my desk (well hidden behind the monitor, and very quiet) and performs fabulously, thanks to the i7 chip and solid state drive.
When I received this desktop I thought I had received a Cale modem. Surprised with speed in this small package
Amazing tiny computer, I am able to run several demanding tasks at the same time. Also, It fires up quickly !
I am very happy I made the decision to buy the Optiplex 7070. It does everything I need it to do and does it fast with the solid state hard drive. I also like the small size and that you can use it either horizontal or vertical. It does not have an sd card reader, but you can buy an external reader for a few dollars. As always B&H is the best.
