The item was new, despite being open box. It included all cables (including an HDMI cable) and the stand. Well packaged. Everything works perfectly and looks beautiful. Definitely recommend

The monitor arrived in a box with no padding for it other than a plastic bag wrapping it. The stand and cables were wrapped in bubble wrapping, but the monitor had no cushioning at all and could shift around in the box freely. Aside from that, the monitor is in very good condition. There are only minor scuff marks on the monitor itself, and the stand only had one or two small nicks in it. There was one stuck pixel, but some gentle massaging got it working properly. Overall, a good buy at the price I paid, but I would recommend packing the devices better in the future.

Overall a good quality product and arrived on time and in excellent condition. I bought it because I needed a second screen for my laptop. My only slight disappointment is that when I connect it to my laptop there are black lines which appear around the the image on the monitor screen. I could not adjust the resolution in the settings to change that, so I got round it by using my cursor to enlarge the screen. It minimised those black lines, so they almost disappeared, although not quite.

Great little monitor with lots of usb slots and useful height adjuster. Bought for my son and hes very happy with it.
I was eyeing this particular model since I wanted a nice secondary monitor. Desk space is a premium for me, so I definitely needed a SXGA (5:4 ratio) monitor. And it has an IPS screen? Awesome. Pivot and tilt stand too? Perfect. Only 10 Watts of usage? Where do I deposit my first born? $200-$250 price tag. Okay, let's not go crazy here. For $75 though, I was willing to take a gamble for a refurbished unit. Was expecting something kinda beat up, but got something in near pristine condition with only two scuffs on the bezel (very hard to see unless you're looking for them). Great deal imo.
Great small monitor. Shipping was super fast.
Great product. Great stand.
Have used square monitors for years at work before I retired. Square monitor doesn't stress my hand/fingers that much as don't have to scroll up and down that much. Seems like no one is making square monitors now. So happy finally found a square monitor and it's the brand I prefer, to go with my Dell laptop! Only thing is wish they can make bigger ones.
I have always had good luck with Dell P series monitors. They just work!. They are my go to monitor for 4:3 aspect. 4:3: monitors are becoming increasingly harder to find.
Used Dell Monitor. Just as expected. Works well. Good price.
