It's an amazing fan. Only minor issue is about the remote. The remote works when you use it directly in line with fan's sensor. Overall a very good purchase. I would also like to mention that the salesman Bruce was extremely helpful in deciding about the fans. He has in depth knowledge about the fans. Thanks Bruce.

Fantastic fan does everything you need a fan to do only disappoint is that the admin girl who helped sell this gets no commission unlike the shop floor staff.

The blade snapped straight away, when cleaning it, restarted it and as the front is very difficult to clip in with little instructions, when turned in the blade broke In Millions of pieces

This is the best fan I have ever bought in Australia. It's 360 degree moving pattern gives me the option to choose moving the air across the room. Easy remote control give you access to operate while you are in bed without touching the fan. Easy to clean when gets dirty.
The fan looks nice. But recently discovered a noise popping up and down while fan is in low mood. Not sure why is that happening! But overall the fan is good so far. With the handy remote can control however you like it.
This fan is amazing as a versatile unit. Its a bit heavy to move for me and so I imagine it might be a bit tough to move for those less capable. It can be remote controlled (infrared, point at the tower, not Bluetooth) and it has different oscillation ranges to spread the breeze over a versatile number of ranges, up to 360 which is great for airing a big room out. The fan doesnt have height control I think, but the fan part can be pointed down a little or straight up at the roof.
Very easy to assemble. Great range of vertical and horizontal oscillation and very quiet. Remote control is very handy.
this fan has a distinctive Humm which l have never had in any of my fans over the years. I am happy with the swishing sound it makes, but not the Humming noise which is distracting. I am 71 and have had many fans over the years, cheap, expensive and second hands ones. This is the first time I am not happy with a fan.
Not good. The remote will not set as per the functions and it is more noisy than my partners sunbeam. It was also more expensive.
I can set this fan up near the bed at night and it provides good airflow without waking me up with the noise. It's 360 degree rotation also really helps to move hot air out of a room.
