The fan is good but the assembly instructions mention to tighten 'butterfly nuts'. We couldnt find them anywhere, rummaged through all the packaging and the box to no avail. My son went to YouTube the next day and found a solution. Different assembly instructions were included in our delivery. Better attention to detail please or at the production site. Most frustrating, especially on a hot day!

I usually buy DeLonghi products so I did not think twice when I wanted a fan. However, disappointment soon turned into irritation at a whining noise heard over the sound of the fan. I am lying in bed and the noise was was so penatrating inside my head that I had to turn it off. OMG DeLonghi what is going on! Perhaps it's a fault in that model as I noticed other people were complaining about the same thing. I returned it for a refund and went with another brand.

The fan certainly pumps out a decent breeze although there are a couple of buts.1. The fan is noisy on settings 2 & 3 so it may not be practical in a bedroom at night.2. It also seems a bit "wobbly" on it's base so probably not ideal on a soft carpet floor.Bought it to help spread cooler air from an air conditioner in another room and it certainly does that job well.

Good Fan for someone looking for a tall tower fan. Obviously wont be as powerful as a Pedestal Fan. However does its job. If you need a quiet environment to sleep this may not be the right product. At the smhughest speed setting I did realise it made a fair bit of noise. Ideal for toddlers needing white noise though.
The fan is excellent. It doesn't take up much space and keeps the entire room cool with a good breeze. The power can be adjusted and the remote make operation simple and easy. Not much else to say, it does exactly what it is supposed to.
I purchased this Delonghi tower fan for the guest bedroom. My other fan is a Dyson which cost over $500, so to be able to purchase a light weight tower fan which cools effectively for $139 is an economical buy. I like Delonghi products a lot. They are good quality and I have never had a problem with one. Its important to have a fan with a remote control, which this one does. I love the oscillator feature too. This model is very slimline and fits in the corner of a modestly sized room. So its a great choice.
The fan tends to be noisy even on the lowest setting. On the highest setting, it is very loud.The fan tends to wobble on it's base even though tne base screws etc. Are done up tightly.Tne control marks appear to be only printed on tne fan so some of themhave smeared and in terms of on/off, the mark nas disappeared completely. I would have expected etched or inserted marks on Delonghi product.Overall, it seems okay though. It has a good wide rotation
I love a cool breeze. I use this in a medium sized one bedroom apartment and it gives off quite a strong breeze even on low. I love the height. I love the look. The remote makes it easy to use. And I use the timer for sleep.
Well presented slim line fan. Love the fact it has a removable filter that can be cleaned but the noise of the fan outweighs for me any benefits. We have another brand slim line fan and noise level is noticeably different. If you are a light sleeper would not recommend this fan unless wanting to block out other noise.
I originally bought this for my bedroom, but it is waaaaay too noisy for that - sounds like a plane. But, Ive relocated it to the lounge and its brilliant for use in there. The airflow is super efficient. I live in QLD, and only turn the AC on for a quick chill to see-humidify the air in my apartment. I havent turned it up past 1 yet!The only other negative Id caution with is that the base is very light so I wouldnt have it around kids or rambunctious pets as it would topple very easily.
