With only 34 dB, the DNS65 is particularly quiet. This low noise level allows for dehumidification technology without a compressor. Weighing just 6.5 kilograms, the DNS65 is lightweight and easy to transport. The foldable carrying handles also make transportation simpler. Without a compressor, the dehumidifier removes up to 6 liters of moisture from the air per day (at 30 °C/80% humidity). At temperatures around 20 °C and 60% humidity, the DNS65 operates as efficiently as a compressor-based unit.

I bought this dehumidifier as there is some damp in my house. It has vastly improved the damp conditions in my home extracting several litres of water per day. The laundry option has been a huge bonus, laundry dries in a fraction of the time.I can’t recommend this Delonghi dehumidifier enough. The service and price from Donaghy Bros was exceptional. Thank you.

Pros: I ordered this in error as I wanted another of the one I all ready have. However I decided to keep it. This is a very good dehumidifier. Dries clothes very well plus I’ve used itovernight regularly 8p per hour to remove moisture in my home during the latter partof the Winter with excellent results. Would recommend.Cons: Slightly heavy to carry upstairs. Does not have the air purifier or timer. However reviews are excellent for asthmatics which I am one.Does what it says.

First time owning a dehumidifier and I’m very impressed. For use in the winter when I cannot hang clothes outside. Separate clothes function; just turn on and walk away. Draws a surprising amount of moisture from the room which would otherwise cause damp and mould. Highly recommend. This product was also a Which best buy.

Wish I’d bought one years ago. No more damp windows in the mornings. Absolute thing of the past. I wasn’t sure if it would be big enough for our 3 bed bungalow but it just seems to spread its magic all over the property from where it sits. On the lowest setting it automatically registers if dampness is around ( putting drying on an indoor rack) and kicks itself into overdrive. The amount of moisture it takes out of the air is nuts, just get one.You won’t regret it if you have all the usual winter issues a house gets.
Excellent dehumidifier. Wonderful to be able to pick it up and move it around the flat easily and put it on top of surfaces as well. Very versatile and effectively removes moisture. Not too bulky. Water reservoir plenty big enough for our needs and extremely simple to remove. Highly recommended.
In humid conditions it takes out a lot of water so you will have to empty the container multiple time during the day. If you use the draining tube then make sure the unit is tilted backwards otherwise it will empty into the container and will turn off until is gets emptied. Even when tilted back by about 5-10 degrees some water will still collect in the container! That is a big fault of the unit!Once you have worked out how to get around the fauly drainage it works great. It turns off when humidity hits the target percentage so it saves money by not running all the time.
The unit is small enough to move around with one hand. Operating noise is very low- it has a compressor and afan so it is impossible to not make some sound, and I was impressed by how quiet in manages to be. I don't know if I could tolerate it in my bedroom while sleeping, but I think so - much quieter than a wall mounted AC for example. It is very efficient. Any dehumidifier worth its salt must use a drain hose - otherwise you are simply never impacting room humidity levels, and this one comes with a short one, about 1 meter. Water trickles out of it constantly while running, and the 14 litres a day seems right. Appliances online doesn't have these often and push the 16L/day model, which is a couple hundred bucks extra. this model seems perfectly good and the ... MoreThe unit is small enough to move around with one hand. If they ever get them in again I'll buy a second one for downstairs.
