I have saved so much time and money since having my own Nespresso machine, and I'm having the best lattes and espresso I ever had. They are delicious and there are so many different types and flavors you can buy to try out and 3 different cup sizes to customize the strength of your espresso. The best part is the tiny pods of Nespresso and machines settings are made so easy and simple that every one comes out perfect. I take my coffee very seriously, and this machine is the best thing that ever happened to my mornings. I'm in love 💗

After my "high end" feature rich, expensive Nespresso machine failed after two years I decided to back to basics. This has no wifi connection, electronic pod load, user selectable temp functiins. it just has two buttons (small or large shot but you can set default shot volume), has mechanical pump action pod load. It is the same as or very close copy of the original nespresso models. It's faster than the one it replaced, takes up much less counter space and I find I dont miss any of the "function upgrades" of newer designs.

Fits perfectly in our kitchen, looks good, quality coffee from presets, exactly what I needed and I use it everyday for the best coffee I’ve ever had.Milk frother is also fantastic. Looks great in the kitchen, easy to keep clean and always makes perfectly frothy, hot milk. You can also remove the whisk part from the attachment and store it on the lid. I found doing this makes the perfect milk.

The product came in great shape. The seller packaged it very securely. After arriving I cleaned the product but it was still in clean and great condition when it arrived. The manual and original instructions also came with the machine. I have been using it for about a week now and it is working very well and I anticipate it to stay in good condition since it has had no performance problems yet. As a product I would recommend the machine. It brews and heats well and you are able to use off-nespresso brand capsules/pods for a reduced price. It is loud but heats up silently. It takes about 1 min. 30 sec to brew so it is not loud for long. The water tank could be bigger but holds enough for maybe 4 lungo and probably 8 espressos. Machine leaks water everywhere. It's almost impossible to insert a pod correctly. Half the time, the pod falls straight into the collection basket, the other times, it gets jammed in the brewing area. When I get a pod to work, the coffee comes out half water without any crema. I have three other Nespresso machines (two Vertuo and one Pixie original) and they are all great so it was a shock to get a machine that is this bad.
First to address an issue "coffee isn't hot enough " I felt this way when I first had a nespresso machine (gifted that one as the promotion of $150 credit makes a new one $50 not incl taxes.) The machine can give you approx 160 to 170F , ill tell you how i did below , once, I realised I'm making a drink that is ready to drink. It comes with a milk heater/frother because it's meant to go into or have added steamed or frothed milk/cream etc. I was adding to cold cream or milk. The other thing I didto make brew hotter: I run a empty small size capsule through it, this pre warms the water heating plate and water tubes in the machine ,resulting in a hotter drink. My dream is a fully automatic machine like the delonghi ones movie stat brad pitt advertises Delicio or something .Breville and Delonghi are two of the best brew at home mfgs and that's who makes nespresso . Very impressed. Capsule very fast and clean process. The brad p machine takes beans, and does milk the same as some nespresso ones . However this is a $200 product and the brad one costs almost 10x as much before you've had a single cup. My only wish is that the machines also made hot water for tea and hot chocolate.
I decided to purchase the insinia after I returned to university last fall. We owned a vertuoline machine prior to this. I ended up really enjoying the coffee however I had two issues with this machine. 1-The machine itself is obnoxiously loud. 2- It's supposed to brew two different cup sizes but my machine only brews 1 size. I took video and photos as proof and can't get help from anyone at nespresso. The customer service is extremely frustrating. For that reason alone I will not be purchasing anymore nepsresso products. Selling what I have and moving onto a different system.
Received in new condition despite it being an open box. Ran two water containers of water. Then I made a delish expresso. Looks great. So far it is great, time will tell.
Great machine, while it lasts... We love our Inissia and it makes a great cup of coffee! Unfortunately, we have owned 2 machines within the last 4 years and each of them experienced the same issue (Sputtering) shortly after the 1 year warranty period ended.Nespresso customer service was not willing to replace the unit. The agent was friendly and knowledgeable, but you could tell that this wasn't the first call they were taking regarding this issue. Might be time to move on to a more reliable product at this point.
