The Maestosa is a serious, full-featured coffee machine that can make virtually any hot drink you can think of (not just coffee!) quickly and easily. Multiple aspects of each drink can be customised (strength, temperature, quantity, amount of milk froth, etc) and you can save your preferred configurations to one of up to six user profiles, so everyone in the family can easily make their own version of each drink. The machine also has two separate bean grinders, so you can switch seamlessly between two types of beans at any time. We like to keep a stronger one for mornings and a milder one for later in the day, but equally you could use standard and decaf so you always have both options available. It should go without saying that this machine makes outstanding ... MoreThe Maestosa is a serious, full-featured coffee machine that can make virtually any hot drink you can think of (not just coffee!) quickly and easily. We like to keep a stronger one for mornings and a milder one for later in the day, but equally you could use standard and decaf so you always have both options available. It should go without saying that this machine makes outstanding coffee, in every format from espresso to latte via flat white and cappuccino - but we've also been impressed with the variety of other drinks it can produce. It makes velvety smooth hot chocolate using the included 'mix carafe' accessory, and you can also use this function to make a mean matcha latte (just add matcha powder and milk, and the machine does the rest). It also makes delicious iced coffee (the machine even comes with a pair of ice cube trays that make cute little coffee bean shaped ice cubes). Another nice touch is that the machine can dispense hot water at different temperatures, which is great if you want to make green or white tea. The 'milk carafe' accessory is sturdy and makes perfect foamed milk, or if you're feeling adventurous you can use the hot water spout to generate steam and foam the milk in a jug yourself. The look and feel of this machine is also excellent. It's on the large side, as coffee machines go, but it's thoughtfully designed and the build quality is very good.Overall, we've been delighted with this machine. It makes delicious drinks and looks great in the kitchen, and after only a couple of weeks we're already unsure how we ever lived without it. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful show piece. Although it took me nearly 12mths to start using it due to the long wait for the bonus pack with purchase (I didn't want to start using the machine until I had the free beans etc) it was worth the wait. And customer service is excellent very helpful staff. Machine is very easy to use and to have the option of heating your own milk via the steam option as opposed to the carafe is great. I will say it heats up and froths plant based milks very very well. I also love having the 2 bean hoppers so that I can enjoy different types of beans at the touch of a button! Or pre ground aswell. It's such a versatile machine I just love it, best upgrade purchase ever!

After owning a number of high end auto, semi auto & manual machines over many years that are reasonably OK, I decided to try out this new entry into the market. Reading reviews I was sceptical, as the pricepoint is modest for a fully auto model that offers to pull off a vast range of options, but I took the plunge. After a super-easy set up from wifi connection to tapping through an amazingly fun initialising, I was in love. It's a chatty little machine with surprisingly human language. The "graphics" are brilliant, and the colour control panel walks you through every step of every process with ease. Now to the coffee- after all, that's what we are here for. From the classic espresso shot to the relatively rare offering in auto machines of an Aussie style milk-after-coffee pour, I was blown away. Tinkering a bit with the grind selector & the size and strength options gave me a truely perfect shot. The milk options give exceptionally good microfoam, and the self-clean jug is good to go for fridge storage between pours. I have not got as far as trialling the cold options yet -but I had to spread the word already as I'm really excited about this machine.

My partner & I absolutely love this machine. We are so happy with how easy it was to set up, and how easy it is to use. The best feature for us is the double bean hopper as we like different types of beans. My partner loves flavored beans, and Im a standard strong coffee bean lover. The milk function is really good, and the machine heats the milk well. I enjoy a hot coffee, so I was worried it wasnt going to heat the milk enough. But the machine allows me to adjust the temperature. The custom profile settings make life easy once you find the perfect one. There are 6 user profiles. Super convenient popping the milk container in the fridge in between use. We use this machine daily and spend $0 on take away coffee now. The initial cost is steep, but we have no regrets.
The De Longhi Meastosa is a very expensive top of the range domestic coffee machineWhen it was working the beverages were magnificentHowever after just 6 weeks of use , the milk dispenser no longer works and the pump cannot draw cold milk for cappuccinos etc etcThis is shocking for a coffee machine costing this much money and sadly it is indicative on my recent experience of de longhi whose quality assurance and engineering excellence appears to be going down the tunes as it become a print centre for Kenwood Group. Their attitude stinks incidentally - relatives and friends have had reliability problems with other de longhi and they (Kenwood) seem to adopt a negative attitude telling one of friends they would check whether the machine was overused Ifailed with ... MoreThe De Longhi Meastosa is a very expensive top of the range domestic coffee machineWhen it was working the beverages were magnificentHowever after just 6 weeks of use , the milk dispenser no longer works and the pump cannot draw cold milk for cappuccinos etc etcThis is shocking for a coffee machine costing this much money and sadly it is indicative on my recent experience of de longhi whose quality assurance and engineering excellence appears to be going down the tunes as it become a print centre for Kenwood Group. Really wish I had bought a Jura this time. I will get John Lewis to sort once these dreaded restrictions are over but if I have any attempt from Kenwood to blame me for their product it is being returned for a full refund and purchase elsewhere. So bad i will put a review on Trsut Pilot to warn others
I've been coveting this for some months time as I loved the clean lines and the advertised functionality! Managed to secure this for £550 less in the Black Friday event and super impressed with the build quality ...blows my older DeLonghi out of the water. The two bean holders make it easy to accommodate friends preferring decaffeinated coffee! ...
Pros: I love it and wish I'd bought years a go. Easy to use and makes great coffee and looks very stylish IMO. The telephone customer service and support was/is excellent and staffed by friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff.Cons: The "coffee link" app doesn't work too well, especially in conjunction and the manufacturers website which is also slow and and clunky. Setting a password on the app gets added to a keychain BUT this overwrites the password used on the website AND it won't allow you to simply use the same password...you end up in a perpetual loop with either the password for the website working or the app BUT NOT BOTH. Also I find rinsing the coffee spouts when you both turn the machine on and off a little too much as it fills the drip tray if you're ... MorePros: I love it and wish I'd bought years a go. Especially true if it auto turns off after a set time. Would like ability to turn this automatic feature off and do manually. Finally, would be nice if the coffee beans supplied (which were vert good) were actually available to purchase on the manufactures website...currently listed as unavailable .
I bought this machine 3 weeks ago at Harvey Norman Joondalup where my salesperson was Chris. She was fabulous, spent time explaining everything and was bot informative and lots of fun! I am quite technafobic but this machine is not only incredibly easy to drive but delivers the best coffee ever!!
This coffee machine is absolutely brilliant. Most importantly, the coffee is delicious! It allows you to make almost any type of coffee you can think of at the touch of a button - from espressos to cappuccinos to flat whites and more. It also comes with attachments to make iced coffee and even hot chocolate. You can customise multiple elements of each drink on the screen (temperature, strength etc) and save these preferences on up to six different user profiles, allowing each member of the household to easily make their perfect drink. It is very well designed meaning that you can easily top up the water and milk through small funnels rather than having to remove the whole container each time. This machine has transformed coffee in our house!!
This machine is amazing! I was curious to try it as soon as I got it as I was a little sceptical about the price vs quality and functionality. However, it did not disappoint! The best thing about this machine is the fact that it self cleans after each use. I can also use two types of beans in the same machine as my Partner and I love coffee in the evening but need decaf beans. It also makes 2 coffees at the same time which is convenient as we have many coffee drinkers in our house who are in desperate need of coffee at the same time each morning. The touch pad is so easy to use and the variety of drinks I was able to make (not just coffees!) surprised me!The milk frothed up perfectly and the container was so easy to clean and store in the fridge when not in ... MoreThis machine is amazing! De'Longhi has really thought about each step in the process and has made it as easy as possible for the user.Overall, I am incredibly impressed with this and would recommend this machine to anyone looking for an extremely high quality and well designed coffee machine.
