This is the best flour for my sourdough rye bread. Have tried other brands, but somehow the bread never tastes as good as with this flour.It’s also great to be able to get it in the 12.5 kilo bag, as I bake every couple of days so I go through a lot of flour, and it’s often difficult to find in the shops.

Demeter organic whole rye flour

This is the best flour for my sourdough rye bread. Have tried other brands, but somehow the bread never tastes as good as with this flour.It’s also great to be able to get it in the 12.5 kilo bag, as I bake every couple of days so I go through a lot of flour, and it’s often difficult to find in the shops.

For someone with German background it is very difficult to find decent bread unless you live in a metro area. I therefore bake our own bread. I use the Organic Whole Rye Flour regularly with excellent results.

I am not in a position to rate your goods because they still have not been delivered. I have already complained to the shipping company and have not received any update regarding the estimated delivery date, which is showing as 16 December in their tracker. I would suggest you reconsider the freight company that you use…

Being from northern Europe real rye bread is hard to find so I make my own. 36 hour sour dough. And the only place to get rye flour at a reasonable price.
