The competitors can try and fool you with limited technology just to keep status quo. The DENON SC6000 is for you. I have opened up so more on these units than I would have on pioneer. No longer feeling limited but able to be a game changer. These units are the future. Don't forget, if you want to take music with you....just load a 1TB of all the classic tracks you need to and install in the unit. All while you can still plug in multiple USB and media stick for those quick tracks or edits you need. WHAT more could you ask for from Denon. NOTHING!

Hands down the best player currently on the market. Awesome build quality, packed with all the features you’d expect from a high end controller. Denon are pushing the limits and future proofing their technology. Time to put those Pioneers out to pasture!!

Wow! This multimedia player is immense value for money when purchased with the free LC6000 offer. I've been wanting to upgrade for my Pioneer CDJ timecode set up for some time but struggling to find a viable option for me that does what i want in the sub £2k price bracket...This is it! Standout feature for me....the wi-fi network card to connect to streaming services and your library wirelessly when running Engine 3.0 on your laptop. Superb

1st thing my Dj friends and myself faithfully rely on Denon products for years. The stand out for me is how well built it feels. Imagine this is a Rolls Royce when the other is a Bmw. Yes that's how it feels not like anything out there. All the features are visible for your use on the unit which make for easy results. Also how it integrates with your favorite dj software very easily. Virtual DJ is what I use. I also heard Serato Dj will work soon as well if it hasn't as of now. There isn't anything I dislike about the SC6000 players. I had no doubt of Denon meeting my expectations because of my history with their products up against many others & brands for years of my Djing. Above my expectation !

As a serious amateur DJ, Denon SC6000M is Perfect o elevate my setup to a Professional Level. Scratching with the M version is similar to a turntable and having dual-layer helps to start with the 2 of them and be able to mix 4-decks. Having native support to TIDAL and Beatsource is also Great....in Short, instead of breaking the bank with a Pioneer set, I was able to have the same level of quality and with much more flexibility

Extremely pleased

Easily the best digital decks I've ever used. The pitch fader has the best feel to it since Technics, the platter weight adjustment means they can be perfect for you. The screen is amazing, everythjng just works. In a good way, I am slightly underwhelmed, as it's extremely easy to just connect them up and start mixing. You don't even have to install the engine software if you don't want to, as you can do quite a lot inside the decks themselves (although I do recommend using the engine software, you can just stick a usb drive in and manage a playlist from that) you could say they are pricey but when you compare them to the competition they are nothing short of a bargain.

More than happy with the SC6000

Coming from the DDJ-1000 to a pair of these and the Xone:96 it was a small adjustment, these offered the best value for me for a standalone solution with Dual layered players for similar cost to the XDJ1000mk2 units. If you buy one install the 2.5” SSD, loading is instant. Play button behaviour and feel is different, for tap to start use a hot cue. Has loops, slice, hot cues, key adjust is really all i need. The Engine software is pretty solid and less laggy on large libraries, different workflow to RB but easy to get adjusted to and easy to transition with the import feature.

Powerhouse with tons of features

This made moving on from my Rane 12s MK2 and DDJ 1000SRT very easy. The motorized platters are a great size. They are not as tight as the Ranes, but super responsive and fun to use. The entire unit is a powerhouse. And not to mention lighter than carrying around 2 Ranes. Paired with the DJM-S11 mixer and it’s hands down my favorite set up so far.

The Ultimate Rig

This is the ultimate DJ media player. Great 8.5 inch spinning platter, built in WiFi for streaming, and a beautiful 10 inch screen. Stand-a-lone with the options of using with Serato DJ is a plus. This is not for beginners tho, this is a high end well built piece of equipment. My only issue is the screen freezes at times and you have to power down and power back up. Make sure you do your research if you are interested in buying.

Who needs a media player in their home?

The SC6000 has a great user interface for two deck mixing with an LC6000, but the Digital to Analog Conversion is woeful and definitely not capable of being used in a club.A common saying in football is that if you have two quarterbacks you actually don't have a quarterback and that goes even more for the DAC on this player (and probably for the Prime series jog wheels too). Two sets of audio outputs is nice but if neither reproduce sound adequately, what good are they?The build quality of this player is not great. Crazy to think you can spend nearly 5000 grand on Denon players and not be able to change over or mix more than two decks at a time because Denon wants to force you to spend $8000 to have a setup that functions as you would expect.
