It’s very comfortable, hold pretty well.I did not feel like was walking around with a disposable underwear and like I had something different.It absorbs a lot and kept me clean.People suffering with incontinence should try this with confidence .

Not happy with the fit, too short, did not come up to my waist, so had the tendency to roll down during the night and also not consistantly the same fit, some just fit while others were a squeeze - I am 105kg - size of underwear is for 91 - 136g,The idea is very good as the pads do not move during the night as pads inside panties do.

My client with an intellectual disability and autism wears these and they are great for absorption etc however they have started to cut into the side of her leg. I am not sure if the design of these pads have been changed or modified as she has actually been wearing these for a couple of years now! She has also lost weight recently yet they seem tighter now. She wears the XL but unfortunately we don't have the option to go up a size. We are also in a predicament as she refuses to wear the standard white pads but now we are going to have to try and make her wear them as we are going to have to stop buying these. I am really hoping either a bigger size is released or something is modified to stop them cutting into the hip area.
These are so light and comfortable to wear. 1 month postpartum and still bleeding sometimes and they catch that too. Urine leakage is my main concern but no concerns with these. Accidentally ripped back pulling them up and a little hard to rip off but at least I know they won't get ripped and fall off easy

Hi there, the Depend “Real Fit” regular continence aides have been excellent for my daughter who has a neurogenic bladder (Spina Bifida). Amazing absorbency & reliable when needed. She would absolutely purchase these again. Very impressed!
The underwear is convenient to use, dispose of, and it fits well. However, I find the pad rather thin and hence the absorbency could be improved. The panty fabric could also be softer. I still prefer to use a regular pad over this underwear but I would buy it again for travel purposes.
Once upon a time, this was a fantastic product. Not any more. You have changed the position of the absorbent pad, moved it so far back that it no longer absorbs anything. This product leaks right out the front, unless you wear it backwards, and that is HIGHLY uncomfortable!This product is now useless. I will not be buying ever again.
