They do the job they're made for, but every single pair in the pack I got tore completely away on the left leg side every time I simply tried to take them off, or in one case it happened spontaneously while wearing them. That's really not good, but at least they're absorbent enough to not spill anything, I guess.

These are the best priced good quality pull-up incontinence underwear I've tried- there are slightly higher quality products available but do not present better value for money.Comfortable elasticated fit, adequately-sized absorbency panel from front to back (a problem in at least one other brand's pull-ups), stitching across middle of panel to prevent fluff clumping, good acquisition and retention of full bladder voids.They can reliably hold two bladder voids without leaks; a small level of sag once wet.I am glad to have tried these and buy them regularly.

Caution when you put these on, as they have a tendency to rip on the side/s, even though I bought large, they do however hold quite a lot, if you pull them up carefully, if they do rip just a bit tight underwear might help.
