I have been using Derma-E products for several years. Simple…the ingredients are PERFECT. This one, front and centre focus is on Collagen and Peptides. Love to use this product after micro needling! It is creamy, and so soothing and moisturizing. A moisture that does not disappear, but leaves your skin feeling plumped. I also mix this Derma-E product with prescription Retinol A, for a beautiful blend.

I purchased this moisturizer to add it to my anti-aging skincare. I'm in my early 30s and have been using tretinoin for almost a year for anti-aging, hyperpigmentation and skin smoothing purposes. Tretinoin can leave my skin feeling a bit parched & dry so I decided to go with a moisturizer that also has skin boosting ingredients like peptides such as matrixyl synt'6 & argireline and powerful antioxidant Pycnogenol. These ingredients have been studied and offer promising possibilities for skin rejuvenation. The moisturizer itself has a nice composition. It isn't heavy at all, but it isn't moisturizing enough for me. That's not an issue as I like to seal my last step with a thicker barrier cream. This is my first time using Skin Restore Advanced Peptides & Flora-Collagen Moisturizer. I use it in the morning and evening. Now that the weather is warmer, I usually pat a thin layer on my face and neck for extra moisturizing or just put it on areas of my face that need extra attention. This is a relatively thick cream which should also work great for the winter. I like the fact that it's packed with good ingredients, like Pycnogenol, peptides and flora-collagen.

This Adv. Peptides & Flora Collagen Moisturizer is a great product. For me, when using I have diminished wrinkles, good moisture in skin. My husband loves this stuff and uses it nightly. As I have found with many DermaE nighttime or heavy moisturizing products, when applied they feel like they sit atop my skin like a mask. But when I wake up the moisturizer feels absorbed into my skin and my skin looks smooth, clear, fresh, and healthy. Now that I've discovered the DermaE brand, I stopped using all the dept. store brands and there is such a difference in my skin. I sure hope this company never self-destructs and changes formulas and ingredients just to save a nickel. Nothing wrong with the product but I’m annoyed that I bought a SCENTED face cream. Nowhere in the description did it say that and the ingredients list wasn’t made available. I have very sensitive skin and I have to be careful about what kind of oils and fragrances I put on my face. When I opened the product and smelled it, right away I could tell there was an essential oil or fragrance added. I went ahead and applied it just to try it out. I started to get itchy almost right away - I haven’t broken out yet but it immediately became clear the scent I was smelling was some sort of lavender essential oil. It smells great but I wouldn’t put that on my face… too strong for me. I will have to return it.

At the beginning of January of this year I finally pulled this cream out to give it a try. It was love at first try!! I use it morning & night on a freshly cleansed skin & usually after my serum. The first thing I noticed was the scent...lavender. It was so soothing & relaxing. And the texture was so smooth & silky. The cream was a little thicker than I'm usually used to but it did not feel greasy in any way. I've been using it now for almost 4 months & let me tell you I just absolutely love it!! And it goes a long way. I use it twice a day, everyday and I'm still not at the bottom of the jar!! I've tried a lot of face creams to help with the harsh winter temps and lack of humidity. My skin dries and flakes over the winter and most creams are so heavy they cause me to break out. This cream, however, is perfect as a night cream in the winter (I won't use it during the summer as it would be too heavy). A little goes a long way so not much product is needed. I into use it as night and I find it moisturizes my face without a greasy or heavy product feeling. I have combination skin and this cream works wonderfully. I haven't had any dry patches or flaky skin since using it and no breakouts. I would definitely recommend it. So happy I finally found a winter face cream after so many years.

The first night I tried it the smell was so strong I could still smell it for at least 10 minutes after. I do not have sensitive skin and was nervous the smell would cause some irritation. I woke up and my skin was so soft and no adverse reactions, so I gave it another try. I used a little less product and didn't smell anything the second time. I've used it for about a week now and I don't even smell it when I put it on. While most people might love essential oils, the smell of them bothers me really badly. And nothing anywhere, not even on the bottle when you get it, says anything about it having essential oils in it. But boy does it hit you in the face when you open it! I guess I should have listened to the other reviewer about how scented this was. Not only do the essential oils bother me from the smell, but because it is so strongly fragranced it irritates my skin too. Sadly a waste of money for me.
