We were pleased with how quickly our desk and chair arrived, however that is where our positive experience ended. We soon realised that there were missing parts in our box and we were unable to put it together. We let the team know and they were very quick to send replacement parts and offer a free desk mat, however those items have not arrived nearly two weeks later. So we are still without a desk and, despite asking, no answer on where these items are. For future customers, we recommend express shipping any missing or faulty items. Really not good enough for things to be delayed or go missing in transit considering the price of these products. We would not recommend as there are plenty of other competitors who would go above and beyond for their customers.
