Used this product for a week with my 2.5 year-old daughter. She is ok with it but still prefer to be carried by me by hand...She is small build and the security straps after best attempt of adjustments still looks a bit loose. If we go upside down she can fall out, but then again I guess this is not design for that.Pros:Light weight and well build. The quality is great.Cons:My daughter complain her knees hurt from banging on the metal frame when I walk.We bought "Active" as we thought it was going to be very hot. Instead, it rained for two days. I fund her trousers a bit wet by her knee and just above, after an hour of walking with the rain cover on. We have to put a rain suit on her to keep her dry.

This carrier is pretty much USELESS! I’ve never been so angry about a product! Unlike every other brand on the market this one DOESNT include the very necessary sunshade and what’s worse it isn’t available anywhere online! I’ve searched high and low! How stupid is that?! Plus the pockets for carrying stuff don’t zip closed. They have a useless drawstring and little plastic clip that doesn’t stay hooked so all your stuff falls out. Total waste of money! I’m furious.Do yourself a favour and DON’T BUY THIS ONE! So angry at MEC for offering this and not selling the cover and especially for not making it clear it doesn’t come with one!

You can easily adjust the seat position up/down which is a really nice feature. We found the best height to be where our 7 month old can look around but be low enough that when she falls asleep the sides support her head. The pack is lightweight but seems durable as well. The pop-out support to make it free standing is really handy for loading/unloading or even taking a snack break with the pack off.

We bought this carrier a month ago and have used it a few times since, lightweight and easy to use, we bought the chin rest / support too for our daughter as she falls asleep in the carrier. However, the feet rests need to be better designed, as our daughters feet keep slipping out and the supports end up around her thighs (it's almost like you need another bit of material to support the heels). Also have to purchase the rain cover separately and no mention online that you have to purchase the sun roof first, as this is required to hold the rain cover in place! You need to amend your website description as we are disappointed we now have to go and buy the sun roof before we can use our rain cover!
We bought this on sale a couple of weeks ago to use with our 16 month old daughter. It fits me and my wife great. I am a man but I'm pretty slender and I find the fit to be very comfortable on me. We love the pack, the only issue that we have is that we thought it would come with the sunroof. We thought this because the description of the product says "integrated sunroof." To me that sounds like it is part of the pack, not an add on accessory. We were a bit bummed by that because we really want the sunroof. Otherwise, it is great!
Bought this for my son and daughter-in- law to use with their 14 month old son. It is a little pricey but well worth the cost. It is easy for both of them to adjust for a comfortable fit. They use it while hiking in the woods, up and down hills with no discomfort for either of them. The baby is super content and comfortable the entire time (2 hours.)The stirrups aren't a fabulous fit/design; the baby kicks his feet out of them, but had no discomfort without them.A great hiking carrier!
This carrier works great. It's light weight and cool for the kids in the heat of summer. I've had other carriers that our child tends to lean to one side or the other making it difficult to hike with. SO far this one has not done that. Only downside is you have to buy the sunshade separately. All the other carriers I've looked at have one included.
I'm 5 feet tall and this carrier provides a more comfortable fit compared to the universal ones I was looking at. My son is 19 months and around 24 lbs, he seems very comfortable in it and will often doze off 30 minutes into a walk. The kickstand is quite stiff and can be difficult to extend prior to setting the carrier down to remove my kid. Otherwise, a great carrier.
The carrier is very light and comfortable to wear. The sun shade is a vital accessory, but it is not integrated, does not come included, and the carrier does not have any reasonable way to store it. Also the lower compartment for your stuff (12 litres?) is a bit too narrow to fit your baby bag in. Otherwise, this stripped down model of Kid Comfort has every feature you need (side opening, stable kickstand, headrest with removable pillow cover, belt pouch which accommodates my massive Motorola G 5G), as long as you buy the sun shade separately for an additional 25€.
I got this hiking carrier for my two-year-old a few weeks ago. With world events, the main thing we go out to do together is long walks. She technically fits in her old baby carrier but it's not too comfortable for either of us anymore.This carrier is incredibly comfortable to wear. I'm a tall woman (5'10") with a narrow frame so the women's fit is perfect for me. It distributes the weight really well and I don't mind wearing 30 pounds of toddler, carrier, and gear even when hiking up steep hills.The straps make it really easy for her to get in, and I think she's comfortable for longer rides. With the backpack straps she's securely in place and loves to bounce around.
