It is a lot different to my last Bench Top Dishwasher. I like the digital settings. Found cutlery racks a bit difficult used to a basket. Washes well. Extra tray is very usefull. Outlet hoses have plenty of length which I like. Overall a Good Buy

Was worried it wouldn’t cater for a family of five but the ease of setup. Yes a couple of additional things from Bunnings but didn’t need a plumber. It’s slightly bigger than you would expect so meets the needs of a small family rather well. Can’t believe we waited so long to purchase one.

The dishwasher came with the top tray damaged (wheels dislodged, small bits of anti-rust paint fell off) + some small bent in the top panel. We asked Kogan/Seller for replacement of the top tray, almost two weeks into conversation and we're just going in circles (Kogan will ask users what is the issue, passed on the seller, and asked the same thing. The seller also will ask it more than once). The product perse is good given the price. However, assume that if you're unlucky to received a failed or defective unit, that's it. Assume you're buying the product with no warranty at all (or warranty that makes you jump hoops that the time wasted is well worth more than the product =D)

We couldn't find the right adapters to attach to our tap, they didn't sell them at bunnings and we went to a plumber and they said they don't have those adapter in Australia. We ended up putting it in the laundry and connecting it to the same tap as the washing machine since they use the same hose. Cleans well, doesn't dry very well even with rinse aid. Good enough
Love it! Perfect for a small household and great for renters as it doesn’t need to be plumbed in. It is super quiet and does a great job overall. The only negative comment I have is that I would have expected that it came with the special connector to hook up to the kitchen sink tap.
We purchased this dishwasher as we have bought a knock down house and have moved in while we plan our new build. After a week of washing dishes by hand (something I haven't had to do since the early 90's) I was so fed up! Our family of four needed a solution! I purchased this and a handy friend installed it for me, we removed two cupboard doors and it slotted into the kitchen quite well, ok so not a perfect fit lol but within 30 mins I had a working dishwasher once again. So far its been brilliant! 90 min wash does the job every time, only thing I can't fit in it is my dinner plates, but they are particularly large at 29cm so have been relegated to the top shelf and we use the entree plates instead. Can't say enough good things about this little gadget! $390 well spent!
We bought this dishwasher as renters in a house with limited kitchen space. We've only had it for about a month but it's been good and no complaints so far. It washes and dries well and there is enough room for dishes to accommodate a three person family. For the convenience, portability and price, I would recommend.

On opening the dishwasher, the polystyrene was not all in place, the top rack was just sitting on the bottom rack and had to be relocated. There were also droplets of water on the inside of the door and on the walls. Brand new? Maybe not or maybe it was just tested. Very hard to locate sink tap clickons. Have been to Reece, Tradelink and other local plumbing suppliers without success. I had to purchase new sink tap and am currently using a conglomeration of fittings from Bunnings which actually leak so feel I have to be near the dishwasher during the whole cycle (sort of defeats the purpose). Even a timer would help or Wash, Rinse, Dry indicators. Am very pleased with the actual wash results, dishes, cutlery and glasses come out sparkling. Will be very happy if I can get a better Sink tap clickon.

I would have normally bought a more recognized brand name, but I wanted to mount it under bench so the top was normal height and the baskets will be higher and easier to access with out bending over so far. I have never regularly had a dishwasher so I can not speak from previous experience, but I am more than please with this one. I read a number of reviews by other on various sites and there was a couple that were very negative saying it was bad at cleaning. The only thing I can guess is they may not have pushed the top basket in all the way in, if not the top sprayer will not get the water and pressure required to clean.
