I had a lot of trouble connecting the hose. The attachment that goes in the window is very versatile, I have a side sliding window was able to set it up for that. It runs very load, a bit annoying for sleep but on the other hand cools bedroom to a comfortable level which beats not being able to sleep due to heat.

Last less than 6 months. Started to make a terrible noise that got louder so you would have to turn it off, wait 5 minutes before turning it back on. Messages seller but they wanted a photo!?! After 1 year, stopped working completely. waste of money.

probably a bit noisier than I expected & in between cooling cycles it would be good if it just kept a fan going for air circulation (maybe it’s a setting I haven’t found yet). but it does cool, is easy to use and install. if the drain pipe needs to be emptied would need a very low line container to empty into, can see it being messy and susceptible to spillages.

Product has a cool breeze but fails to cool room.Water tank also drains in an inconvenient spot, you will want to use the unit ideally over a drain, as when moving unit after tank is full it will spill water everywhere.I highly don’t suggest purchasing one of these. Best to keep your money for any other product. Would highly suggest purchasing good end fans instead. Works better and no water tank emptying which is a nightmare, for something that works similar to a fan.
This air conditioner does his job to cool down a living room, could be easier to empty the tank but this is not that much trouble. The dry mode has been really useful as well this summer. I’ve been using it only for couple of months but so far happy with it. And for the price, I bought a second one to put in another part of our appartement.
Works really well. but is too big and too noisy for my small studio apartment. can't sleep through the night with it on, as it will switch on and off through the night, and the sound of it turning back on to cool the room again is loud enough to wake me up. It may be better suited in a larger apartment, so will see how that goes when I move into a bigger place. but it cools the room well for sure.
This is a decent little unit, and will cool a bedroom quickly. While it is a little noisy, I find the timer function useful. Have a normal fan running and set for 1 hour. If u r a heavy sleeper, it wont be a problem. Now the negs. The remote is good yet very hard to read. white on white. It could use a backlight. The window set could be 2.5 slides, as 130mm+ height is common. 2 slides offer only 110mm. Cardboard to the rescue :/ The worst part by far.. The ZERO ENERGY RATINGS!! I didn't know it was possible to sell items like this in 2022. Be warned
2 days ago I received my air conditioner and I cannot use it because there are missing parts. On the website when I bought the aircon shows that it comes with window kit and the 150cm hose When I unboxed the air con I noticed it won't fit in the window because it has just a 2 part of the window kit instead of 3 and the hose is not long enough. I am not happy because now I either return this product or I have to pay extra to get a new window kit and a longer hose. Very disappointing I don't recommend this product unless do you have a short window.
This has saved us throughout summer. It is able to cool down a room very easily. It is simple to use. You do need to drain it every now and then. Would be great if there was an indicator light for when it’s full. Otherwise great to help cool down house quickly. Is noisy but not too loud. Easily portable.
Bought on a whim during a heatwave. Cons: hose is monster size, is a little short (so you would want close window access), the panel for the window doesn't quite fit and is also too short) and it's pretty loud (all of that is normal for portable aircon I think). Pro: wasn't too expensive (I think I bought for around $340), cools the room well (pro tip from my 14yo - set at 21 as it cools faster, doesn't have to work as hard and does the job better) and is easily mobile. Haven't tried the humidity cycle but I think it's worth a grab if you're stuck, buying some time or have a smallish room (I use for living room and hallways.
