Good skill saw. Dust extraction spigot positioned in the right place, unlike other earlier DeWalt skill saws. When used with the DeWalt M-Class extractor - a good percentage of dust is extracted.

This is easily the most powerful saw I’ve ever used! It’s fantastic when you just have a stack of woof that needs cutting like in a first fix. The only downside is the saw weighs a lot and I mean a a lot. When you’re moving about a lot like doing a roof or joists and flooring then it becomes hard work carrying it about. Definitely worth it if you do timber frame or first fixing though. Personally I have this and a little saw for jobs you have to move about a lot and little jobs. Would still definitely recommend. Doesn’t come with a guide but it works with the dewalt guide.

the Saw is heavy. I mean very heavy. It is super powerful, and very aggressive. Definitely a framing/first fix saw. I bought it bare as I already have a load of the flexvolt batteries, it does eat through them. The saw came in a box with a dust extract attachment, and that was all. No rip fence provided but it does look like it can take one. The saw is an absolute beast. Looks like a chainsaw without the chain. Very happy with it, but it won’t replace your lightweight 18v like for like. This is for big work.
Strange design with the battery compartment. But overall, very sturdy and accurate cut. Powerful as any corded saw.

Was Sceptical that it could be much better than my standard 18v circular saw but wow, I have been cross cutting 195x45mm joists, and also ripping lengths down. It was as if the timber wasn't there, no loss of power, no jamming. I wouldn't say its light to hold but that would be the only complaint so far.before purchase I read reviews about the included blade not being great, but I have a feeling its people trying to use a blunt & expecting the same performance. Once its blunt re-grid or get a new one, that goes for all power tools!Did not come with a ripping fence or screw to hold it in place, I happen to have plenty of the guides from older saws
Our office fridge handle broke after many many years of use. Glad we could find the exact handle. Easy to attach. Works great...although some of the girls liked the handle being broken. Thought of it as a deterrent to getting into the candy bowl within!
thicker than original handle makes it better
It's a fridge handle --- what more can I say. You break something in someone's house, you replace it! It replaced the old one perfectly. Just be sure to specify LEFT or RIGHT bevel, as they're NOT the same. I double checked and got the correct one the first time.
