I've been using Diablo blades for years, hands down one of the best blades on the market, I buy tools and equipment for a very large construction company, so cost is always a factor, good bang for your buck in a higher end blade

I've been using Diablo blades for years, hands down one of the best blades on the market, I buy tools and equipment for a very large construction company, so cost is always a factor, good bang for your buck in a higher end blade

I've been running this blade in my 12" Dewalt miter saw for the past year or so, cutting hardwoods, soft woods and plywood on it, and it does a great job of minimizing tear out. coupled with a zero-clearance insert on my miter saw, this blade is great!
I ordered the 36 tooth 4-1/2 blade to cut about half an inch off of solid core doors . I put painters tape around both sides and cut with a Worx power saw. If you have used a Diablo blade in the past, these cut with now problem and not one hint of splintering from the cut. Great blade and great service from Acme.
These blades are everything they are advertised to be. Good product, good quality, well thought out.
I have used Freud products for years, mostly for their innovation and quality. I was more than pleased when this blade was offered as an upgrade for my new Bosch 8 1/2" sliding miter saw. Since I'm planning on using this saw to cut veneered 1/4" substrate I wanted not only precise smooth cuts but something that would leave a clean fine line through the applied laminate. Other than some very small saw marks on the substrate, the veneer looked like it had been cut with a laser. Tools like this give me the confidence to tackle just about anything my mind can dream up. Very pleased!
Saw cuts like a hot knife through butter. Could hardly tell the blade was cutting anything. Makes sawing effortless. Great product. The price I paid was high but it has recently been reduced. I recommend it hoghly.
I have been a woodworker for 40 years and owned a custom millwork business for 25. This blade is the best radial arm saw blade I have ever used. I will never use another. I have two, so I don't have to put another blade on while one is being sharpened. The "feel" as it cuts is unparalleled, and the cut made is superb.Bear in mind I have received no incentive for this review. I am not connected with Freud or Diablo in any way. I am just really impressed with this product.
