Im a 30" waist and this do not fall off at all. Fit is fine, does feel slightly strange around the knees though with the seam in front.

Great purchase, very comfortable. Just hope they won't break since they feel so soft that I feel they can break easily. Usually I'm a 36w large was perfect.
