Great little heater. It helps us to keep warm during this freezing winter. The service is quick and easy. The first heater I bought had some issue. The replacement was arranged the next day after they have identified the problem. The old one was even picked up at the same time by applianceonline.

A good alternative to the usual oil filled column heater ; quicker to heat up and lighter carry around. And unlike our old oil heater it does leak & stain your carpet

This is the 2nd time I have bought this heater. One for my bedroom or office when I was working form home and then I bought another one for my mums bedroom as it worked so well to heat up the room. The timer function is great and it has several heat settings and the turbo fan also helps the room heat up a bit quicker. I highly recommend this heater for a small to medium sized room.

Great little unit - warms up my large bedroom quickly and sustains heat throughout the night. Easy use!
For a small heater this one really does the job. The fan function get the heat out fast, then can be switched off to maintain room temp with the coils. Very happy. Just a bit tricky to work out how to use it to start with.
I have 2 traditional Oil heaters and purchased the oil free heater for my young son's room. The reason why I purchased it was for the timer function and the turbo fan (his room gets very cold and sometimes I need that extra heat boost!). This heater is excellent as the timer function works brilliantly (i no longer forget to turn the heater off now) and it is much lighter than traditional oil heater. One thing to note is that the heat actually comes out the top of the heater so that is where you would feel the most heat (unlike the oil heaters you can feel it radiating out the sides too).Would definately recommend this heater. Service from Appliances Online and delivery was excellent too. I received it earlier than originally expected which was a huge plus!
This is a good appliance and it does what it says. Ideal for a smaller room. Very manoeuvrable, the fan is quiet and I am very satisfied with it.
The fan is very noisy and doesn’t appear to do anything. Too many vent holes in the top of the fins. Warm air goes straight up, lots of warm air directly above the columns, but it doesn’t radiate horizontally. The column fins are barely warm. Would be great if you were sitting on top of it, but not so effective when you are sitting next to it.
I wanted an eco heater so I'm not sure I'll go with my electricity bill against the convection heater yet. I haven't had to turn it the highest heat and it heats up the room in the same way as the convection on the low to medium heat setting. Great size for a small space, compact, lighter than the standard oil column heaters. The settings could be clearer but easy to use after reading the manual. The turbo fan is a great option. True test on price/value for money will be after I get the next electricity bill!
This has been perfect for our bedroom to keep it warm for our baby. The timer feature has been very helpful so I don't leave it on all day!I haven't found use for the fan yet so I can't comment on that
