I bought this 2 weeks ago and it looks amazing both in ambience and colour design (the modern / contemporary look suits the room perfectly)The unit came fully assembled so it was simply a matter of unpacking, pushing it into place and plugging it in.When on, the logs and flame effect look unbelievably real with ample heat output for a medium size room.The remote control gives you lots of options in temperature, flame effect, background fire box glow etc)The only negative and disappointment for me is that the fan is noisy, and tends to distract a little from the ambience of the flame effect (the only reason I've given it 4 stars instead of 5)
