This A/C unit is great was really easy to install and cools our kitchen/dining room with ease. We recommended this brand to our cousin and she purchased 2 of the smaller units and is also very happy.. Would recommend to anyone.
Great unit i have it in a large room and it also cools another room and hallway. I have it set to 20'c on auto and within 20min the thermostat kicks in using less power great unit very happy keeping two rooms around 16m square cool nicely.
Its good for the price but I really don't have anything to compare it to as I'm not an expert on box wall air-conditioners. I'm happy with it and was surprised that Dimplex is an Irish company, and either the largest air-con company in the world or one of Why IrelandAnyway its icy cold at 16 degrees on cool and the reverse function is working well, a negative is its got a '1 and half star' for energy efficiency.I'm glad I bought and installed it, it has made a world of difference in controlling the environment especially on hot days, good.
I brought this two weeks ago it’s excellent keeps my house nice and cool can’t wait to winter to see what the heater works like loving it
There was no stock in SA or even Australia and by the time I received a small unit summer would be over. The smallest room air-conditioner available was this 4.1 kW unit far too big for what I needed but out of necessity I bought it.I had to go to a further store to find even this unit.
Every part of the Good Guys sales & servcie experience in third rate online ordering, delivery, virtual assistance, chat team - absolutley horrible. Buy your ac from soenone else. I wish I had!!!!
I selected this unit to cool down my grooming salon which is in the garage so has no insulation or air flow. The past few summers have been unbelievably hot and to be honest i nearly called it a day, as i coukd nit face another summer like the last few. Then i brought thus unit and it is a life saver! Its so quick and efficient , its a bit noisy but thats a pales into insignificance when you look at the enormous benifits. The unit was easy to install and very easy to use. I love it!
