I’m a huge fan of Diptyque and use one of their candles almost every evening. So I was excited to try their diffuser oil too. I bought this as a present for my mum but unfortunately we can hardly smell it. The scent itself is wonderful but you have to put your nose right up close in order to get a whiff of it. Shame as it’s not cheap and we were really hoping it would be as effective as the candle.

I bought this last week and have it only tiny hall . I can’t smell anything , I follow the instructions but no scent . My hall is tiny . Do not waste your money . This is useless . Save your money and buy the candles which smell amazing. I wish I could get my money back

I bought this for my sister because she loves baies and I have the fig one and she loves the look of it. I have been to her room several times and it smells of NOTHING! The fig one is subtle but still get a good whiff, but this one I am very surprised by how it is so useless. 2 stars for the look

Love the Baies scent. The diffuser only really works in small spaces, buy the candle if you want the scent to fill the room
This is such a beautiful fragrance to have in the house. Only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is because I had one complaint that it was too strong! I personally love it, but if you are sensitive to smell I'd rethink before purchasing this diffuser.
The refill for The Baies Hourglass Diffuser is great as it provides an eco friendly way of prolong ing use of the diffuser which is such an elegant way to surround the room with the wonderful Baies fragrance. I find it best not to have it too near heat to make it last longer and out of direct sunlight.
I adore this scent and have just repurchased this Baies refill for my Diptyque Hourglass diffuser. It is a little pricey bit the scent is beautiful and does really last and fills my home. I would recommend this!! Get the diffuser and then buy the refills too so it can last ages.
I loved my hourglass diffuser, and didn't need a refill for ages (like probably 2 years to be honest). It's sad that the sticks inside are only good for 1 refill, such a beautiful vessel. That said, because the internal sticks don't actually last indefinitely, the refill doesn't diffuse quite as well, but that's not the fault of the refill. It's just not a forever product (but still lasts obviously WAY longer than a candle does anyway!).
My daughter loved this gift! She first experienced the diffuser in France & found the light scent & beautiful container unique, special, & worth every “scent”to be most appealing. The diffuser itself is a work of art. It is the perfect gift for many occasions from birthdays to anniversaries.
