I can't say enough about these, they are so addictive! I was skeptical when I first bought them because I was unsure how they were going to taste. Well they are fantastic! They are a very high source of dietary fibre and make a great snack!

I saw this at Costco and decided to try it. It didn’t disappoint. The mushrooms seemed really hard but when you bite into it its super crunchy and the seasoning on it is lightly salted which a tang of sweetness and I definitely taste shiitake powder. You’ll probably want water or something to drink instead of eating it alone. It tends to build up in your mouth similar to what Pretzels do. I believe it was around $5.99 CAD plus tax

Tasty snack. Crunchy. Lightly salted. Reminds me of dry instant noodles flavour on the outside. Light umami flavour. This would be a perfect if u pair it with an ice cold beer!!!!! I would prefer tad bit more salty but this is a healthy snack after all.

These mushrooms have been a freaking blessing. I love chips. I love salty, crunchy snacks. I’ve recently started a low carb diet, so I had to say goodbye to the chips and pretzels and more. My husband and I randomly stumbled upon these at Costco, and we figured we both love mushrooms so it was worth a shot. These things are so yummy! You get a mushroom-y taste (obviously), and the seasoning on them is delicious. It’s salty. It’s savory. It’s very flavorful. It’s the perfect snack. They’re actually pretty crunchy too. It’s safe to say that I have a new snack addiction. I don’t feel bad about it though, especially since these are a much healthier alternative.

Super addictive. Oh my gosh. I'm glad I came across this at Costco. They are hard to bite into but ohhhhh soooooo good.. the taste is awesome..we now get it by the case cuz scared they will run out...my whole family loves them..definitely recommend for a perfect snack on a road trip..very very high fiber..so its recommended to eat just a bit..warning💩💩💩but that's ok..a good clean out is good once in a while.

I love this product. I love chips but im trying to have a healthier lifestyle, and this shiitake mushrooms are delicious. They feel kind of like a popcorn texture. They are slightly seasoned, and to me they taste like a pretzel.

This mushroom chips is the best out in the market. We are more focused into healthy and organic food. This chips is the healthiest option that we can get. It is not oily, salty or contains to much of salt. Only 3-4 chips makes you full. Me and my family we love it. It is the healthiest option if you are looking to be healthy and still wants snacks. I would recommend it to everyone. This tastes yummy and you will love it. Buy it buy it.

DELICIOUS 😭I love shiitake mushrooms and I also love the idea having it as a snack ♥️ I was a little skeptical at first but it’s pretty cheap so I gave it a try. It is Phenomenal!Cooked and seasoned just enough to gave this a slightly salted bag of mushroom crisps. Plus, it’s vegan, non GMO, non MSG, no artificial flavors, preservatives whatsoever 😭Now I have to find a way to get this before Costco stop selling it.

Im a big mushroom lover but these weren't quite what I was expecting. They taste good if you can make it past the rough chew. When it said lightly cooked I thought it wouldn'tbe hard to enjoy but the crunch. The taste overallisgood but if you dont like having to chew a mushroom for too long. Don't fully recommend.

WHAT A HEALTHY TASTY SNACK

Bought a pack today at local supermarket and I felt a little sceptical if they would be tasty or not (I know they are so healthy and so good for you) and found them to be so delicious. From now on they will be a permanent supply in my pantry! Thank you to the manufacturer. What a great snack!Ann
