Many multivitamin / mineral formulas generally use cyanocobalamin, rather than methylcobalamin - the active form of Vitamin B-12. Not everyone produces adequate intrinisic factor to promote the conversion of cyanocobalamin to methylcobalamin, so this is an excellent alternative to help assure you're receiving the active form. The sublingual tablets / lozenges often contain one or more forms of sugar alcohols (xylitol, sorbitol, etc), which cause gastric distress for me. Doctor's Best Fully Active B12 comes in a very small capsule form, and is easy to swallow. Excellent product to assure you're getting the B-12 you need.

The best product I ordered and usedBeautiful results from the beginning of use. I recommend using it and repeating itIt soothes my very dry skin from rosacea and sensitive skin, so it does the job. The texture is quite heavy so you have to apply a very small amount of a pea on a specific area of the face. The packaging was very luxurious and a spoon was provided. I loved every detail of it. It is suitable for all ages, and its quality is very high and provides many benefits. Its size is appropriate and its texture and texture are very beautiful, and its exterior design is nice and gentle

Very well priced for a 180 caps bottle. The quality is top notch as there no ingredients but Methycobalamin only. Just before my strong cup of tea in the morning, I took one capsule of B12 under my tongue for a minute and then swallow. And take another capsule before dinner. Even though this is not sublingual B12 but I can surely feel it being absorbed very well under the tongue. Since I have added it to my regimen, my memory and recall is getting much better and I feel more 'present' than before. It's easier to focus for long without getting mentally tired and I have way more energy during my cardio. I also feel that my reflexes have become much better and it's only been 2 months. Vision feel a lot more sharper and colorful as well. I think is raising the Global ... MoreVery well priced for a 180 caps bottle. I think if you are over 40, this is a must alongside fish oil. I highly recommend this B12 because of it's good quality and most of all, it's purity.

I am vegetarian (35+ years, ethical choice). My work requires intense mental engagement and creativity. Unfortunately, because of assorted sleeping pills I am too often in no mood to work well. Also, my fingernails - that used to be beautiful - are brittle, tend to peel etc.Anyway, I decided to try this brand of vitamin B-12, to see if it made any difference. N.B. Thanks to a previous poster, I decided that the amount in a single capsule was probably too high (more than 60.000 % of the RDD), so I just open the capsule and eyeball it, taking a third or half of it (making sure not to touch the capsule with my lips, because the moisture softens the capsule immediately). After a few weeks, all I can say is that my work HAS improved, very visibly so, and so have my ... I've been taking the Fully Active B12 by Dr. Best and I'm genuinely impressed with its quality and effectiveness. The ingredient profile is top-notch, with a potent dose of B12 that supports energy and a healthy nervous system. I particularly like that it includes folic acid and niacin. While some B12 supplements with niacin can cause a "flush" effect, I haven't experienced any discomfort with this one, which speaks to the careful balance in formulation. The size of the caps is very small and easy to take, which is great for daily use. I’ve noticed a significant boost in energy and overall metabolism since starting this supplement, and the taste is mild, which makes it pleasant.
