Both notes are very citric, fresh, and rindy; like natural orange and grapefruit oils. This is followed by the sea water note and juniper. The sea water note is very noticeable in a salty and watery way. It reminds me of standing on the bow of a ship and breathing in the ocean breeze. Finally, the juniper adds a prominent aromatic and spicy accord to the background with a slight piney nuance; giving the dry down a healthy dose of masculinity. One of my absolute all time favorite summer fragrances ever made. This stuff is a Mediterranean summer get away in a bottle. The fresh bright citrus hits you immediately on the opening. It’s nice, different from the usual citrus as they use grapefruit. As the dry down happens you really get this nice smooth salty aquatic note mixed with some woods. A must have for a summer blind grab. I feel it has a lot of versatility as well. You can wear it dressed somewhat formal or just casually hanging out. Usually blues and aquatics aren’t known for there projection and lasting power but this one I get about 2-3hrs strong protection after that it settles to a more personal 1-2 feet bubble for the remaining 3-4 hours. Like I said before definitely best suited for warm-hot weather.

At the base you have steam distilled cedarwood and amber - adding an unexpected warmth to the fragrance that takes a nice supporting role in the background. The bottle it comes in, though I do not have the pleasure of photographing it, looks truly beautiful. I love the blue sky cap, as well as the very light green hue of the solution itself - reminiscent of the peel of a Granny Smith. I sprayed this 3 times on my wrist and absolutely cannot stop pausing to smell it. This is such a delightful olfactory treat that will send your senses on a sugar high craving for wanderlust and fresh adventure. I smell super yummy wearing this, and I’m happy with that!

I have used this perfume since high school, and I will always have this in my spring/summer rotation. The lemon and apple at first spray are so light and refreshing! It really does give you an off the coast of Italy feel, and as it dries down, you get this wonderful earthiness from the cedarwood. It’s incredibly versatile. It is the perfect scent from office to nightlife. Even with this being an EDT, I think it’s got great longevity. Hours after applying, I can still smell this. I get so many compliments from people, which tells me that it’s got good throw without being offensive. I highly recommend this if you’re into a citrusy/woody scent.

Cheap and causes skin rash.

I was excited to finally get my hands on this for myself. I had used almost all of my grandmother's and I now I finally had my own. First mistake I made was ignoring all of the reviews, I found the scent did fade after a few hours. That I could've overlooked though, because I truly liked the smell, but it got worse. After taking it on vacation somehow the nozzle on my bottle popped off and I couldn't find it anywhere. I thought that would be the end of my trouble, and luckyly I found a bottle of body spray I could borrow the nozzle from. But it got worse, it got way worse after the perfume gave me a rash!!! Never have I ever gotten a rash from a perfume and i wouldn't consider myself to have sensitive skin. I am a Registered Nurse and a MiMi to four beautiful grands. The youngest, just two months old, leaving work, and going by to get the best hugs and kisses from my grand babies is pure heaven. I am especially familiar with DOLCE %26 GABBANA “LIGHT BLUE”. It’s one of my top two favorites and I’ve been buying it for 20 years. This is NOT D%26B. It’s some low scale fake that fades immediately and doesn’t even smell the same as Lt Blue. The packaging will fool you up until the silver cap and sprayer on the bottle come into play. They are made from a cheaper material. I wanted one of my favorite smells and this ain’t it. What a shame these people get away with this stuff. I’m very glad I decided to gift my Mom another fragrance instead when I originally bought this for her.
