I brought this after seeing it on social media. I didn’t see the improvements it made until I went to the hair dresser after 12 weeks. My hair dresser was amazed by how much thicker and better condition my hair was. My nails and eye brows grow like crazy. Every time I go back to the hair dressed by hair for better and better. However I stopped using it for a few months and I really noticed a difference and my skin, and hair went back to dry and bad condition so i am now back to using it everyday in my coffee each morning! I actually enjoy it in my coffee as it’s like a creamer.

I heard a rumor that in order to see great results from taking collagen you have to be consistent in taking it regularly. Dose and Co makes it really convenient to do that. I’ve only recently became aware of all the benefits taking collagen regularly can provide. With all the options on the market, I was easily overwhelmed by the choices and not knowing if any really work. I’m happy with this brand. The powder dissolves easily and has very subtle taste. A friend of mine adds it in wherever she can, including in her baked items. I add a couple teaspoons every morning to milk or tea. It seems if you can make an entire package for it not using plastic, you could also make a plastic free scoop but what do I know.

I am so glad I decided to try this collagen powder. I read a few reviews first and decided this was ideal for me. I add it daaaa to my morning coffee, and find it completely tasteless. It tiok a few eeks to start noticing any effects, which began in the condition of my nails. They became stronger and looked so much healthier. Six weeks in, and the condition of my skin and hair is also improving. I am extremely impressed. I am really looking forward to the results with further prolonged use.
I am 45 years old. I have never managed to grow strong long nails. Within a week, my once brittle short weak nails that peel no longer have layer, have begun to grow and after month my nails were longer than any nails Ive glued on myself.Notwithstanding - my skin! I’ve been using this for about 2 months and I’m now beginning to notice some positive changes. My hair and nails are stronger and whilst my face still has wrinkles, my complexion is a lot smoother and more plump. I’m pleased with the results so far so will keep using. This is the best collagen powder in my opinion. I have it in my coffee daily. My skin is so much clearer & my hair has grown so much since using this. I've been complimented on my both my hair & skin & it's definitely down to a daily dose of this. No taste & mixes easily.(Pour liquid slowly into powder & mix cos if you add powder to liquid,it won't mix properly)
I’ve been using this product for around a week and half now and can really see the benefits. My hair is no longer dull, it now had a natural shine and just looks healthier. I’ve also noticed my nails are less brittle and growing a little quicker than normal. My skin is also looking healthier.
